I got in the HVAC field with a small mom-and-pop type company as an install helper where I was able to move up to an installer and also picked up some knowledge in appliance repair.
After working for this company I knew there had to be a better way so I moved to a much larger company where I was able to learn the real ins and outs of the business and a ton of knowledge in the residential and Commercial service and installation industry along with appliances and much much more through hard work and honesty I was able to move up to the lead install / service position where I stayed until I decided to open my own company.

I have used Raptor Heating & Air for all my AC repairs at our home in Leander. They are honest and affordable. Kevin installed a complete heating and cooling system for my daughter, including new ducting in the attic. He's very thorough and professional.
Scheduling the appointment was easy, and he showed up early for the appointment - a plus in my book . Instead of the usual "four hour window" most heating and cooling companies force on you, he gave me a specific appointment time, which eliminated me waiting at the house unnecessarily.
While installing the new system, Kevin found several issues with the prior install and and corrected them , while staying within the work estimate. He's now our first choice

We are investors and we have several homes. We are thrilled to have found Raptor. Their prices are reasonable and quotes are fair. We have priced many other services and not only were prices good, they were there quickly and told us our options for the AC unit that was not producing cool air. We would call them for all of our houses.
