Located in Uniontown, Pennsylvania Fayette Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1972 by Thomas Torbich. Building customers one at a time through excellent service at fair, competitive rates, the company grew from two employees to our present staff of 15 employees. We currently operate with an office support team, installations department and service department.

I requested an estimate on a central air conditioner installation. A man named John came promptly to do the estimate. He measured everything and we discussed the work. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later I called the office inquiring about my estimate and was told by the receptionist that she would get back to me after speaking to John. That was a week ago and I have still heard nothing.

Called fayette heating to come diagnose our boiler that was making noises. It was running when the tech came over and he diagnosed that the pump was bad. He replaced a couple parts and left and was supposed to come back the following day. Later that night our furnace that was running before the tech came stopped running. I had already paid a $100 for a diagnostic charge that was obviously wrong then they wanted to charge me $90 more an hour to have someone come out and fix what the first tech didn't. Long story short fayette heating left us without heat for 2 nights with 2 little kids a 6month

I called to have my central air unit serviced, the good side is they came out the same day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Said I needed a new motor. And was supposed to get a call from someone else to let me know a price for it. Almost two weeks later and no call. So I call yesterday and the lady said they would get back to me. So far not a word. $100 down the drain just for them to come out and tell me what's wrong with it. First time using them and already have a complaint, not good for business.
