Overall we are extremely happy with our custom new built home! The quality really is there with the name. Most of the materials are from local companies that we got to their showrooms and pick out what was going into our home. We used one of their existing floorplans and make some changes, which they were more than willing to work with. One downside I will say is that during the end stages of our build there was some issues with communication and we felt like we were left in the dark on what was happening and what to expect with the "closing process". Premier Quality Homes is currently building our dream home. They've been nothing but great people to work with. They answer all our questions in a timely manner any time and day. They've walked us through the building process from land purchase to design through the construction phases. Im sure we drove them crazy with some of our questions and ideas.

We found Premier Quality Homes to be extremely easy to communicate and work with. They always responded to us in a timely manner and bent over backwards to make any changes to meet all our needs. They made our home handicap accessible which was a huge deal for us. They stand behind their quality worksmanship and provided us a 2-10 home warranty for 2 years. I have appreciated how they stand behind their work. Our home is very draft free and energy efficient. We love the floorplan with split bedrooms, open floorplan and 2 covered porches.
