I was planning to transform my home's outside the area into a party-like place. which should be used to fresh your mind and for a small get-together as well. My husband is a party lover, So instead of going out to a restaurant for a party and wasting so much money, I rather chose to invest that money at one time and make my own party space. The fountain and the lighting used in my lawn just enhance the beauty to another level. Hats off to you guys for such a great job!!

While we were deciding what company to choose, anytime we had a question about the proposal, Ed would respond immediately and was never late for an appointment. We hired Welby Construction to get rid of a load bearing wall and add a beam and also to fix our foundation. Ed came out to meet with us first to look at the load bearing wall and give us a quote. He was helpful and knowledgeable and we hired them. We signed a contract that stated all the work was supposed to be done the week of May 21st. Ed came to our home to inspect a potential load bearing issue within our ceiling. Fortunately for us, he did not discover any problems. Ed was very thorough; he took a number of photos in our attic, explained in detail how our house was constructed, and took the time to answer any of our questions.

They do great work but their customer service is horrible. I spent about 100K with them but once we got towards the end of the project, and they got most of their money, they disappeared. I assume to do other projects. I have sent numerous emails, left voicemails on the owner's cell phone, left messages with the office staff, and even sent text messages. If you decide to use them, make sure you hold a large amount of the payment at the end so they finish. I am now having to hire someone else to finish the job...

We just hired Welby Construction to remove a load bearing wall separating the kitchen and living room, and do some other renovation work on the home we just purchased. We were extremely happy with the whole process. The staff in the office and workers onsite were all very nice, professional, and helpful. Most importantly, they worked with us to get the job done on budget and on time! From the first meeting, to completing the job was less than a week. I think only like 3 or 4 days. It was so quick! We hired Welby for a second story addition from December 2013 to July 2014. We hired our own architect who helped create a design and had 4 contractors give us bids.
Ed Welby was by far the most helpful of the contractors to us at the bidding stage, asking good questions, solving problems, and proposing changes that would really help the project meet our needs or save us money. We lived in the front part of our house while they added the second floor over the back part.
When changes came up (termite damage, replacing old aluminum wiring, removing more stucco) Welby was fair in their pricing

They did a small overhaul of my kitchen ... knocked out a wall, installed a microwave, and a few other things. On time, professional, executed what they said they would do at the price they quoted, and just all around nice people.
Only downside was I had to chase them a bit on the communication side, but not a huge deal and I would absolutely use them again.

I have used this company before and i was very happy.I just used them on a condo that I own that the renters had vacated it and had made a big mess of the place.
I called The owner and he was so courteous and honest, he did take care of all the things I needed within the time frame that I was promised and I was able to rent it out as quick as possible.

Ed and his crew remodeled the interior of our house May of last year. This included new floors, a new bathroom, a new kitchen, light fixtures, appliance hookup, new windows, new interior paint, asbestos removal and scraping of the ceiling. The outcome of our project was fantastic and it still looks as excellent as it did a year and a half ago.

We had to leave our rental house and get into our new house in 30 days and we emphasized how important it was for the project to be done on time. He actually went above and beyond what you'd expect. His professionalism had us convinced to hire his crew even if it cost a little more.

After discussing my construction issue with Ed, I was told to email the request to him with the full address and contact information for our tenants.
I did not hear back from him, and I emailed several times to follow up and never received a response.
I was very unhappy with this sort of customer service, and while initially I was very impressed, after they never provided the bid and never returned my numerous inquiries, I will never try to use them again.

Ed Welby and his company Welby Construction Management has been involved with two projects of mine. One for my home and one for my business. Although we have not begun our home project I am excited because of the ultimate success Ed helped create with the completion of my business build out.
