Terrible, terrible service. Not only has my move which was quoted as 4 to 5 days now been a month (and counting), it's taken 10+ polite emails and several phone calls and they won't even give me a receipt. Emailing someone a receipt shouldn't be so difficult.

I hardly ever post bad reviews, this has to be one of the worst moving companies ever. Those horror stories you hear from other friends and family? That can be you. Take all the advice of these reviews, and check the 5 star reviews they are NOT real. All our stuff is missing and they are dodging our calls and not responding, they've held our belongings for almost 3 months!!! Absolutely horrible!!!

This company is a totally lie! Almost 5 stars reviews were paid and all 1 star review are by real customers. Please, please, please, the victims are crying out loud, save yourself trouble and pick a good company. You would waste your MONEY, your TIME, your ENERGY tracking down your belongings. We are still waiting for ours, and it’s been more than two months now.

Wake up people! This company is suspended by California gov already! I wish I knew it earlier. I don’t know why a suspended company can still be running and taking ppl’s money. Google should take all true 1 star reviews and take off all the fake 5 stars reviews. Save yourself money and troubles. Go to google search “California business search” and then search their name. You will see the truth. God, please bring peace and justices to all the victims here.

This company doesn't know what they're doing, you've been warned!!! They will NOT deliver your stuff. I have been trying to get them for months now to bring my goods. READ YELP. Everyone receives their times, if at all, damaged, broken, smashed.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Do not use this company. They showed up late (after we had already closed on our house) increased our quote, didn't arrive with 2 trucks as promised, moved our belongings several times before it arrived to our new place. Was changed 3300 cubic feet and only 2100 cubic feet arrived. Boxes were water logged, and stuff ruined. Still have not received information on when the rest of our stuff will arrive. Thieves!!!! We have filed a police report for stolen articles, and will be suing as well.

This Movers Company is brilliant. They were all incredibly friendly and polite, and they performed as fast as they could. During the transfer, nothing was broken and all the packages and furniture were stored in their quarters. There's no better company going out there they are the best!

If you want a company that will outsource to another mover to do the job, give you as much of a headache as possible, and change the prices continually throughout the move choose this one.
The woman who seems to be in charge of customers has no customer relations ability whatsoever. We were constantly questioning the changes in price and payment options as those frequently changed. The person they contracted to actually move out items was a young Russian guy with a language barrier that made both coordinating out drop off a hassle to which he was already a week late to doing as well as he demanded
