I bought my used Kia Sorento here in Aug 2021. The Kia dealer showed a picture of our car on CARFAX, and I was dumb about the warranty for the second owner, and the dealer just exaggerated about the one-year maintenance service.
Can you believe it? The engine warning popped up four months later for the second cylinder failing.
And then they asked almost 10k dollars for the engine replacement.
One of the nice service managers introduced me "KIA Goodwill care and discounted engine replacement as refurbished one."
I waited for three and half weeks

They took such good care of me and my car that I won't go anywhere else again. They treated me with dignity, honesty, and respect. They did a great job on my car in a great amount of time. The cost was very reasonable and I can tell my car is running a lot better now all around. They detailed my car in and out after servicing it at no extra charge. They even paid for me to get a Lyft to and from the shop. They kept me informed along the way and they were very polite and professional. I am most grateful and defiinitely reccommend them to anyone. I went in for the 30k mile service on my Kia Niro plug-in hybrid. I expected the service would be done according to the maintenance schedule in my Kia handbook. When I came in to drop of the car, the only service options that were offered to me were three packages, which included more service items than required in the handbook, something that was not pointed out to me. The least pricey package at 760$ included service items that were completely unnecessary, something that I only realized when I went over the invoice with a car-savy friend. Don’t do business here! I bought 5 cars from them since 2017 and 1 other from their sister auto group yet they choose BIG profits over customer loyalty. “People are paying $7,000-$15,000 over MSRP because of COVID”

My service advisor, Andres Gonzalez, was very courteous and professional. He not only looked for recalls during my 22.5k service appointment, he also saw to my vehicle by having it washed and vacuumed...which it really needed. Douglas Stephens also took excellent care of my Niro by attending to the recall and maintenance needs.

My daughter recently had a check engine light come on and had the code read at a parts store indicating a misfire. Since I am currently serving as a retiree recall with the Army in Europe, she felt she had no option but to take the car to the dealer for service. She left the car at Kia of Vacaville and had a call later that it was done. When she arrived to pick it up she was presented a bill for $400.00 for diagnosis - $175.00 to pull the code, and the balance to replace 4 spark plugs. There is no doubt that she was taken advantage of. I have never seen a dealership that did not call with a diagnosis

Great Experience! Definitely 5 stars ⭐. We had a horrible experience with KIA OF STOCKTON. We had plans to look at multiple dealerships in the area but the plans changed when my daughter test drove a 2021 Kia Rio. The Salesman explained everything thoroughly. We did not feel even a little bit pressured at all. Everything was completely explained unlike KIA OF STOCKTON. The difference has to be that Jonathan (Salesman) actually possesses ethics and is genuinely a good person. He was patient and treated my family very well. The finance guy was great as well.
