They DO NOT do honest business. I went to buy a van for the family from them, agreed on price and had my bank call them to see how they wanted paid for the van. They requested a cashiers check and cashiers check only from my bank instead a wiring transfer from my bank, They insisted on sending me all the paper work to sign in the mail, it took almost a week to get it due to them dragging their feet, it should of been over nighted or even better electronic signatures. They wouldn't give me a tracking number on the paper work when asked either. When it finally

Hanlees sold us a Kia Optima 2016. We needed a check up. We scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. The service staff is friendly took us in right away. Muhammad Lodhi explained the process of what would be done and time it would take. Everything worked out great! Our Kia Optima is in tip top shape. Thank you Hanlees, for another terrific experience.

My husband and I have been here a couple times to buy cars. First time was in about 2018 and we had a good experience, but they kept on pushing the price barely out of our range we were comfortable with. We just went yesterday and the experience had completely changed. We had to leave for a family thing. They called us to tell us their offer. It was twice what we told them we could pay! After we got the call I felt like we had wasted our time, at least we didn't spend all day there like the first time.

Took in my car for a recall service. I live up in the mountains, so a bit far from any Kia dealership, so I have to drive 2.5 hrs to get my car serviced either in Sac or Davis. I left a message four times to Greg, my service manager, as I needed the car done by the end of the day so I can drive back. When he finally got back to me after 5 hours, he said they couldn't do the work because they don't have the part with them.
I asked why they weren't prepared to do the recall and Greg said they have to do an inspection first before replacing the part, because the part is "vin specific" and Kia requires

Overpriced compared to other dealerships. You have to haggle to get market value. Sold us a brand new K5 and told us it had Kia's UVO application to control remote starts, AC unit, monitor servicing needs, etc. We tried setting up the UVO, but it wouldn't work. Called the corporate Kia office and they said this model doesn't have UVO accessibility. We were told the car was equipped with this capability.
It was one of two options: 1) they are completely unaware and misinformed of their products or 2) they lied to us to persuade us to purchase the vehicle.

I told them they wouldn't be able to meet my unreasonable expectations. I was wanting something I knew was impossible. Well, I've found that nothing is impossible. They met my expectations and took on the challenge like the professional and honest team they are at Hanlees. I am now driving a brand new Ram 1500 that I never thought could happen.
