While the service is good, I was very disturbed that in my five interactions with employees, only one was wearing a mask. I got super uneasy when inside the cashier was coughing into her elbow numerous times. Especially right now with omicron running rampant, this isn't a good time to get lax. I only hope they see this review and start masking up for the good of their community.

Same old Sacramento rip off. Service here is getting bad, used to bring my truck in for a service, they would wash,And vacuum it. The inspection reports were more detailed. I was lucky to get my tires rotated, still had to bring it back to get the DEF, topped off. That's included in the service. Nobody even called me when it was done

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. Bon Vang is a liar, do not work with him. I brought my car in at 6 PM the night before my 8:30 AM appointment as I was asked. Bon said he would call me between 11-12 PM to let me know what was going on post-diagnostic and I never received a call. When I called the dealership I found out Bon wasn't even going to be at work until late afternoon -- nor had a diagnostic been completed at all. When I went to pick up my car late afternoon they still had done nothing, not even a diagnostic, and tried to charge me regardless. This is the worst dealership

Horrible service! They had my car for a month and didn’t do any repairs on it. When they called me said they will keep the ticket open since they are short techs for transmissions. When I went to get my car the story changed and they couldn’t keep the ticket open and told me to take my car to another Ford! I have a brand new 2020 that is under warranty and no loaner was provided. They lie about their commitments and leave the customer high and dry!

What a joke and waste of time. I go on their website to see what my trade in value might be for my vehicle and fill out there info and received a email saying $34-36k. I thought great this could work out. Go down there and get car appraised and they come back with $24k. $10k less than it's lower side of what the email said. I owe $31k on my loan and even said I would take $31k just so we could move forward in the process and still said no. The car is damn near brand new, perfect condition and 2800 miles so wasn't like a brought in a old bucket. Nothing worse than a company that won&apos

I showed up here several times in My pursuit of a new pickup. The employees are all kind courteous and not pushy at all. I dealt with Jose two of the times and he never once got pushy with me and understood that I was just window shopping at that point. Well thanks to Jose I have a new Ford Ranger on order through Downtown Ford. He couldn't have been more helpful. I'm in Reno and there is a lot to say about the difference in the way cars are sold on the western side of the Sierras versus the eastern. Not the least of which is the fact that over here dealers are tens of miles apart as opposed to tens of blocks apart. But that said, I ended up at Downtown Ford because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for. Everyone I dealt with was willing to communicate and accommodate. I want to thank Bill, Austin and Moises for their good work and great attitudes. The guys who delivered my car were professional and efficient and the process went quite well.

If there is a zero star I would definitely gave this place. My seller Jose as well as the people at the place is no good. Waste a lot of my time for nothing. Please don't ever go here for car if you don't have any experience buying a car. Chances are they will take advantage of you and ended up paying a lot higher price. Also check out the car carefully before you buy because they will not tell you. Once you take it home and want them to fix will waste a lot of your time as they keep tell you to come back and nothing is done. As of now I really regret for the purchase of this vehicle

Three stars for the price we are paying for the vehicle (but those are the Ford rebates so you could get those at any Ford dealership). And for Lily who was actually very nice and she did a good job. Typical car lot "I'm doing you a favor" stuff.

I had a electric actuators for the tailgate stop working as soon as I bought the truck and on the last Appointment it took four days and noticed even a call to give me an update came by to pick it up and they had not touched it. gave me all kinds of reasons why. I picked it up went to elk Grove Ford or the part was $60 and took me 15 mins to fix it myself.

What can I say. We need a tune up and a light fixed. We had an appointment and brought the car in the morning. We were to pick it up at the end of the day. At the end of they day they called and they told us they didn't have time to get to it. (This was really frustrating, instead of being with out a car for 1 day, we were with out a car two days. They should have not over booked and just had us come anther day as our needs weren't an emergency, just a 50,000 Tune up that could have been done any day.)The next day they called with a list of things we needed. Had a great experience with Downtown Ford. I found my wife's dream expedition for a great price off of my credit unions third party car buying program. Once I got there I was greated by Pedro the most genuine salesmen I've ever dealt with. I own a business and buy a lot of work trucks. Even though most salesmen are nice you can tell it's partly an act. When we sat down to talk numbers they informed me that the 3rd party site listed it wrong and that the price quoted was much to low. After Pedro talked with his manager he respectfully honored the price. I've had issues like this

Came here yesterday to look at a 2015 Ford Focus 5 Speed Manual. Called over the phone and was told the car was in great condition. Upon arriving I was greeted with friendly smiles and the usual smooth salesman pitch you might hear from a bad car shopping experience (red flag). Looking at the car, the salesman (Jose) kept mentioning how the car was in such great condition and how they had just received it and how the inspections were so thorough! Not even a minute into looking at it the salesman was already asking me for my license so that i could drive it

One of the worst Ford Dealerships in the area. I had to take my car their multiple for an AC repair -- thankfully, the car was under warranty. Still, it was a hassle, and I didn't have my car for many days. Their employees are quite rude; they argue with you. The place looks beat up as well. The manager said that he would call me, as I wasn't satisfied with their service, but he never called.
