Before I went to the lending Group Auto, I searched a lot of options and found this one good-status vehicle. Also I sent some messages to ask for some details. Actually, it didn't have a backup camera which did not match the replied messages. However, I still decided to buy this car because George is very nice, explaining details to me, taking good care of me during test drive, helping me to go through the buying paperwork patiently! I feel so cared for and taken care of throughout the buying process. Besides, because I have not bought the insurance for my car yet, I can't drive it back. But George

OMG Lorena is so Amazing!! I have been to a few dealers looking for a vehicle and every single one of them did totally different than what they told me on the phone, Lorena did exactly what she told me and got me in a very very nice vehicle. I can't believe there really is nice people out there like her. I will be going back anytime I need another vehicle. She is the best!

These guys are scammers I live in San Jose and they are in Sacramento it's really far I called we made a deal and after going in the middle of the road they called me saying they sold it after 2 hours they called again if I still want it I had to back again and after buying they said everything was fine and after a few days I took it to a auto shop and they told me they were going to charge me 2,500 for fixing the problem it had with the steering wheel I called back and the OWNER "BOSS" told me "thats on you , we sold it to you" it barely pass 4-5 days the person who sold

There bad business do not go there. Especially Baha. Is a good dam liar gives you bull he likes to mess around with your numbers on your contract but he claims the computer system does all the calculations lol. So if you do go down there ask him about the 2013 Cadillac XTS situation let's see what he has to say. By the way I'm Juan I know he will remember because I was close to kicking his -- why because he had to mention I'll put you in jail and your little daughter to. First off, Thank you so much for my new car Arman, she's perfect. I checked all hoses, fluids, battery, belts, for corrosion, cosmetic issues, tires, and brakes. I even took my new car for a test drive, Arman made sure that I was leaving in my new car. They also offer a pick up service for those buying a new car with no transportation. I was even encouraged to come back if I felt that anything was wrong with my car and they held their word for every concern that I possessed. Had a great experience here. I bought a beautiful 2003 Lexus GX470. It looks great even though it has a few minor cosmetic issues but let's face it, it is 17 years old!
Armond, the salesman who helped me, was very welcoming and friendly. No pressure, took his time and let us take a test drive on our own.
Mechanically it is also great! Of course it is a Lexus so that is to be expected and I had a mobile mechanic check it out before I bought it. The guys at Lending Group were very supportive of my mechanic when he came. Armond had encouraged me to have my mechanic check it out.
