I tried to purchase a vehicle, filled out a credit app, was told that I was approved, received over 6 credit notifications confirming. Ive tried to call multiple times, spoke to Mike and texted him, he said him or the finance person would call me back, but I haven't herd from anyone in almost a week..

Incredibly nice staff who didn't pressure me or make me feel rushed to make a decision. They let me test drive a few trucks so I could gauge what I truly wanted in my next vehicle. When I made my decision on which truck I wanted to buy, they were more than fair on their trade in offer for my old truck. It was a great experience all around!

Bought a Beautiful Jeep from the gentlemen at Kareem Auto Sales. These guys know their vehicles, they have a huge inventory of beautiful cars, trucks, Jeeps, and anything else with 4 wheels and a motor. Not just another used car lot, these guys are professional and knowledgeable. Financing was exactly where I wanted it to be and Sunny took great care of me every step of the way. There was a small hiccup in the process and Mo along with their entire team was quick to address the issue and ensured I remained happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently purchased a 2014 Range Rover from Ricky lue. Purchase went smoothly no problems, great car. However four months down the line I noticed one day that my key fob didn’t have a key in it,🤔 so I called Ricky and told him. Hey there was never a key with the remote fob. 😀

I won't be your next customer. I have read the reviews and more importantly your replies to reviews. It appears your business model is to use your position as a dealer to buy at auctions then flip cars as fast as possible making 5-8k in the process (hence the no haggling). Nice, but whomever is doing your buying is not taking a good look at your cars beforehand or after. That is what is leaving me doubting... Will I be one of the lucky 5 stars or a 1 star? I have a family to think about and need a dependable vehicle on a reasonable budget. Frankly, I'm not a lucky person so I won't be taking my

Their staff was out the door very helpful. Al had all the details about the car, the prospective loan, financing options all in very short order. I got a better deal here than I would have at Carmax. Buying a car after my old one died during all this Covid Chaos wasn't fun, but Al and the staff at Karem Auto Sales made it a hassle free and painless. Great service from Al, but DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT get their warranty program! We got the top warranty plan. $3000 warranty. Our truck has been in the shop for 2 weeks for a 1 day repair. Red Shield DENIED our claim. I called to find out why, they told us it wasn't covered. It says right in our contract it's covered. I tell the guy. He puts me on… hold. I decide to record the convo. He proceeds to tell me they didn't read our contract and will review it again. Only agreed to fix 1 of the 3 leaks because the other two are just "seeping". Also told Nissan that they will send the part within
