Recently bought a 2015 Toyota from these guys (I think I was working with Greg). Very professional and easy to deal with. Car was very clean, freshly detailed, and as-described on CarGurus, with a fresh Carfax. Car was priced competitively and paperwork was very fast and smooth. I received updated reg from DMV very quickly. Assorted small transaction fees were very reasonable (many dealers use these fees to make a few extra $, but with these guys I didn't even bother to negotiate these fees down because they already seemed low). My wife purchased Chevy Tahoe on Friday, upon picking the vehicle up on Saturday I inquired if there were any corvettes. I thought I was killing time and looking at a long life wish list. Due to the quality of the vehicle sand more importantly the customer service they provided there were two vehicles purchased that day.

My family and I have been car shopping for months. Went to many dealerships and met many rude sales people thru our journey. We actually visited this dealership a few times looking at the inventory. Once we finally found the car we wanted(which was here) we finally pulled the trigger. Everyone here were very nice and helpful. We didn't feel like we were force to do anything. Ron is bad with customer service, i recently financed a lexus from them on jan 2018 and now its july 2018 and i havent received anything from the dmv, apparently the tags on the plates has been expired since july 2017, ive call for some more details on how to resolve this but not getting any help from Ron...i recommend not buying any vehicle from this location....im seeking attorney assistant to guide me on how to return the vehicle back to them since they dont want to take care of their customer..i also file a complaint to BBB.

Update: Syd messaged me to correct the issue with the tailgate. They sent us to a mechanic down the road and covered the cost for the repair.
I appreciate a company that stands behind their products and service.
One star removed from a full 5 star rating because it still bothers me that the salesman was so snarky about us bringing up KBB. I'm sure he hears it all day, every day however, in customer service, you still present to the customer as though it's the first time it has ever been brought up. That is called "professionalism".

After browsing online, we called with questions. Answers were straightforward and professional...no sales techniques, just the information we needed. Test drive and price discussions were again lacking the sales pressure at most places. We got the car we wanted and a great price. Great car buying experience.

I have been searching for a dealership with honest sales people, good clean cars, and one that would work with my extremely challenged credit history. I found my new Chevrolet Impala online and immediately texted Sac City. Ron answered me back right away. I talked to him about my credit, my down payment and what I could pay each month. We had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler Sahara for months, finally we found one at Sacramento European. We came across it online on a Saturday night, I emailed and called but they were closed. Fred got back to me first thing Sunday morning and we drove from Napa to take a look. Our credit union was closed so we were unable to get approved until that Monday. Fred waited for us Monday evening as we had to drive from Napa/Sonoma area after work. He and his staff were great, very easy going and not pushy like most dealerships

My friend Justin needed a new car ASAP due to having bought a lemon about a month ago.
I joined him on his search for the car he wanted, and the 2008 Civic Si he had found through TrueCar.com, lead us to this car dealership. It was a cold day, rain pouring, and all of Sacramento was heavily congested since it's 2 days from Christmas. None of this stopped the team from Sacramento European from helping my friend Justin test drive, and ultimately leave the lot with his new car.
I unfortunately didn't get any of the names of the gentlemen that helped us out, but each of them were incredibly

I cannot tell you enough great things about this dealership. I was greeted by Fred the manager. Although this was my first stop I felt confident that I would find a car on his lot. We talked briefly about what I wanted and sure enough I drove away in my new BMW 535i fully loaded with everything on my check list. Fred threw in a detail for some minor pint chips and brand new tires even filled up my gas tank. I cannot express how happy I have been with my car since I bought it. I recommend this SALESMAN and dealership to everyone. Ask for Fred and tell him Paulina sent you.

Last month I bought a truck from Sacramento European. I'd like to start by saying I don't want to be too critical on these guys because I think used car salesman have a tough job--they have to take a car they know almost nothing about the history and/or features of and sell it. In my case, I was very specific about the features, mileage, and price of what I was looking for so my options were sort of limited on what was available to me. Blue book value on vehicles from a dealer are always higher than from private party--the way I see it the ONLY reasons to spend more money to on a used

Had my car for 24 hrs when the check engine light came on. Stuck on the side of the road with a 7 month old when I was told this was a "good car". Been one thing after another and the only help they offer was to add on a $3500 warranty to the vehicle. Tried to get them to take the car back and they won't. Horrible customer service. Super shady business. It's worth to pay the extra $800 to have the 48 hrs to change your mind on a vehicle. Worst decision of my life. How do these people sleep at night???

I would never recommend a car to no one ever when it comes to this place I am still doing payments on my car & spent over $2,320 in repairs & I over payed for my car there freaking rip offs! this year will be the last year I will have my car payed off & since I had the worse experience buying my first car off a lot with these people I'm to afraid to buy another this place should just shut down honestly

My wife and I recently had the first car buying experience that we truly enjoyed. We went onto the lot half expecting the stereotypical used car salesmen to come bounding out ready to try to over sell us. We were drawn by an internet add for a specific vehicle and were happy to find that it was there. Alphonso Carballo walked out and greeted us respectfully and offered to answer any questions we might have.
Within a relatively short period of time we came to an agreement on price and bought the car, without having to haggle or play the "let me run this by my manager" game.

Dont use their service !After 4 days of service I had check engine light came on and called them they said they will charge me for checking.
Instead of going there again, I took car to Mercedes dealer they checked and found ac filter was not properly shut down while being serviced at sac euro so anyhow dealer fixed it but I had to pay the cost.
I was trying to save little money now, but I ended up spending way more to get it fixed that was left unfixed by them.
I will not be using their service again.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I came here to buy a car that I saw online and called ahead of time for them to have the car ready for me. When I arrive, I am greeted by two salesmen who were expecting us. When we test drove the car, the salesman assisting us was very pushy. An example, we wanted to look out the radio console and also test out the air conditioning. While testing out the air conditioning and heating, the salesman rushed us saying "You can drive now."
