Well let's just say that they are a car dealership. One hand didn't know what the other was doing. One said the tires were new and the other said that it wasn't. They were nice, however it seemed that they didn't know about the car at all. They also said add 9 to 11 % to close on the car. Seemed a little high but I let that slide. I think they tried hard but not consistent at all. I may go back if the car is what I really want...and I do my research before.

Straight forward purchase of my car. They don’t bargain that’s for sure and had to tell them who to finance with since they gave me a horrible apr at 11.3% and it’s all they could find. I financed with chase, heritage CU, and now Baxter credit union they always gave me something reasonable at around 3-5% credit hasn’t changed much. Had to call them back to and to do there job for them on searching a loan for me. Sure enough got the loan at 5.84%.

I fly from Houston Texas out to West Coast Auto Sales in Sacramento California after locating this beautiful Lexus IS250. The whole buying process was made extremely pleasurable from start to finish. My salesman name was Mani, his customer service was extraordinary. He answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. His work ethic and devotion to me and my concerns over the vehicle were the deciding factor for me to make my decision on going to see the vehicle. Purchased a vehicle from West Coast Auto Sales at the end of April, 2021. The process was easy and customer service was good. Unfortunately it took over 6-months and many emails and back and forth for them to get me the title. However in the end they did come through. Would consider purchasing from them in the future as well as long as it is a vehicle with all paperwork available at purchase.

Was Great, until I received Truck here in NY. I was sent no title and evidently the paperwork has not been processed yet. Paperwork was done and truck ready to be shipped by 5-15, I received on 5/30 and knew I was missing the title to Register in NY. I called manager 6/2 was told I need to get thru Bank. I called bank and they do not have from dealership. The Bank told me they reached out to them with no response. I called today only to be told they have 90 days to file this paperwork even though they can go to DMV any day. When I questioned when it was filed he told me it's ready to go Monday

Just purchased a vehicle from here and everything went very smooth! 1st time getting financed and Charlie really helped me feel comfortable with the whole experience. He was very nice and was very thorough with everything. The staff was also super cool and Raad was nice enough to take a photo of me with my new car. Huge shout out to Charlie and Raad! We been looking for a great deal on a crew cab Tacoma, then we found WCASC on car guru and noticed it was a great deal! Called ahead from the Bay Area and drove up to Sac to check it out. We even got pre approved on the way there. We showed up and they let us test drive the 2014 tacoma. It was great. Really like the 90day3k mile warranty on the truck. They took good care of us.
