No one will answer the phone or return my calls in the Service Department. I have called several days in a row and left a message each time, but on one has returned my calls. I understand the holiday season just passed, but I have been without a car, that is sitting in their lot, for almost 3 weeks and I don't feel like anyone is trying to help me. I purchased my used car from Hanlees and have had nothing but headaches with utilizes their services department and having them honor an extended warranty I purchased from them. Stay away.

I Took My 2008 Silverado 2500 Duramax Diesel Truck to German Franco and his guys at the service Department. I never told them this but a couple of highly-reviewed Diesel Repair shops had turned me away before finally deciding to take my truck to Hanlees in Davis. It wasn't necessarily cheap, and it took some time but what I appreciated was their resilience in ultimately helping me get the job done. It ended up being an EGR valve replacement that solved the problem. Not only that, but after replacing some Power- Steering lines that ended up leaking a little bit, they took the truck back and assumed

I had a very positive experience at this dealership's service department. The manager, Mr. German Franco, worked with me and understood my situation. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and professional! I will definitely go back for future services.

I have taken my truck here twice for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times have been great. German got me in even though I called around and could not get an appointment at the Woodland or Vacaville chevy dealership. Thanks to everyone at Hanlees in Davis for getting my oil change done!!!

I made an appointment for Monday morning I'm there on time I call at 4:30 thinking maybe it's almost done
And they say they're backed up and have no time for it.

Hernan was very poor with his customer service skills on the phone saying if Davis isn't good enough take it to John L in Roseville

I only had a brief interaction with Hanlees but it was extremely positive so I wanted to share it. I've been contacting Chevy dealerships trying to find one that might be able to locate and sell a Bolt with a very rare interior/exterior color combination. I got a call back from a man named Rigo and he was awesome! Super nice, honest, and helpful. He said he didn't think his dealership could help me in my specific situation because they don't participate in one of the electric vehicle incentive programs I was planning to take advantage of. But he gave me the contact info for a manager

Wish i could give a negative star...
I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. I've only had my cars serviced here. But I will NEVER do business with Hanlees again.
My car had a recall and I had another electrical issue. I made an appointment, dropped my car off on February 8th. I am still without my car. I've called 50+ times and have only received 5 calls in return. The general manager will not return my calls. The service manager has lied about dates and parts. It is ridiculous. And they have not tried to offer a loaner vehicle for this duration. After the first month I inquired

We live in American Canyon, CA. Your dealership in Davis, CA. has a 2019 Ford F-150 listed for sale. My wife and I drove up there on Saturday 03/20/2021 and test drove the truck. The manager Cheryl Krajcar said that your dealership in Richmond had certified that all systems had been checked and were working properly when they received the truck. I drove the truck and the air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. She said that I would have to pay to have the air conditioning fixed . We drove 130 miles and spent four hours to look at a truck that does not work right. I feel that we have been the victims of

The lot across from Hanless Chevrolet is an eyesore. They let run down vehicles just sit there for years. Their fence is falling down and they don't even care about how it affects their business nor their community. I will never buy from a business as reckless and thoughtless as Hanless Chevrolet. It states below that they want our feedback because it "goes a long way." That's funny because Dan Lee, from corporate offices won't even return any phone calls! BAD BUSINESS DAN!

A+ service at Hanlees Davis Chevrolet service dept, I spoke with German Franco over the phone and asked to make an appt for a later date because of recently having COVID, but they were more than accommodating during this stressful time and I was able to drop off the truck for a Mis-shift on my 2019 Silverado that the original dealer wasn't able to find a problem with. He guaranteed they would take the time and try to replicate the problem in which they were successful and is now working like a new truck again. Saved me from the possibly having to trade in the truck. Amazing group!

Dropped off the truck for oil service at 7:30 am. Came back at 3:30pm they said it's not ready yet, it's just a simple oil change. So I asked to be dropped back at location that was 10 mins away , they said they don't drive out that far and it's only local. And declined to dropped be back off , so I ended up requesting a Uber and paying extra to get back to the location I Uber from. The shuttle driver was lazy to drive out simple 10 mins.

German, the service department manager, is helping me get my father's 2016 Chevy Volt repaired. He went out of his way to get this done in a safe way during the Covid19 pandemic. We dropped the car off and they are delivering it to my father who is in a high risk group.

My father has an extended service warranty from "The Mechanic" (purchased from Kuni Chevrolet). "The Mechanic" does everything they can to not pay out on claims. German gave up his lunch hour and stayed an hour after closing just to complete our claims with them. We are extremely grateful that he went

It took me 2 days just to get an appointment ! When I got my appt it took another 24hrs to run a diagnostic $180!! Not worth it !!! Not happy at all! The typed up explanation for the car makes no sense at all “this is ok but it needs to be replaced ?” Very unprofessional! I will never bring my car back here ! I will never buy a Chevy !! I am spreading the words to friends and family to not come to this dealership and DO NOT buy a Chevy !!!

One Name... "JOHN!" He works a service desk at your dealership. He is a stand up dude, straight to the point, knowledgeable, and knows the difference between fact and dealership fallacy. He up-sold my oil change due to 135k mileage when I had actually prior to coming anticipated the services as I'm mechanically inclined and knew my truck could use them before my road trip. He did it in a way that I felt comfortable saying yes, as I knew exactly what my truck needed prior!

Chevy Volt wouldn't start in Sacramento for hours and was huge headache. Finally got an appointment a week later at Hanlees Davis to have the car looked at. They concluded that the FOB we didn't have with the car for the diagnosis was likely the problem and we should watch for the battery getting low. This made no sense. Both FOB work fine, we know what happens and how to start the car when a FOB battery runs low, and we have replaced the batteries many times. Still, Hanless charged us $165 to tell us the car was fine but the FOB at home was likely the problem. This is on a leased

I've been shopping for a certified used Suburban for my family. After going to the "Auto Mall", thought my blood and life had been drained by middlemen. Hanlees Davis Chevrolet had the white Suburban I wanted and did everything over the phone. Jeff helped me with vehicle questions, CARFAX history, sent pictures and got me the price I wanted.
