Went on a Wednesday when the dealership was closed. Called the owner who came out to show me the car I was interested in. Drove more than 3 hrs just to see the car. The dealership and manager keeps the vehicles in pristine condition. Loved that almost all the vehicles are kept inside. The buying process and finalizing paper was easy, I was using cash to purchase the vehicle.

Very Shady dealership! All the cars have an accident on record. They will show you the autocheck but no carfax. When you check the carfax you'll see the accident but won't see it on the autocheck. Also, they make it sound like the warranty is included in the price, but it is not. When you agree to purchase, suddenly $6k is added to the price for the warranty! Don't waste your time with this place be careful out there!

In 2020 I bought a 2016 Audi Q3 they told me that it had a warranty a few days later it gave me problems that something was ringing in the car and I had to pay for new brakes after two months the car had an electrical problem and the air bag and components The guide did not work and when I called him they told me that they were not responsible that the warranty was only for the engine and transmission nothing more

Stopped into Car Tec to test drive a car after calling and inquiring on the phone first. I asked what the dealer fee was, and if there were any additional fees on top of the advertised price. I was told no additional fees. After test driving the car, when it came time to talk numbers I was quoted a price 2K higher than the price online. I was told this was for the extended warranty which I was required to buy. I asked to buy the car without the warranty and I was told no I couldn't do that, the car comes with the warranty. If that's the case the car should be advertised with the price of the warranty

If anybody here was going to put Car Tec to the test, it was me. I bought a car off an online listing from across the United States. My very first time car purchase experience all via internet/ phone and mail. No test driving. No inspections. All faith and lots of screenshots and reading! This was the first place I went to and I walked in just to see my financing options. Sal was who first showed me the car and I fell in love with a Chevy Equinox all black. He then told me to fill some paperwork and I ended up getting helped by Anthony the finance manager and he told me straight up how it would work. I'm a first time buyer without any car buying experience and they definitely made it very understandable for me and very easy! I highly recommend them!
