I'm From Upstate, NY. Found a 2016 Chevy Trax online at the right price at Drive Auto Sales in Bay Shore, NY on Long Island. I dealt with a gentleman named Rafi and drove down to buy the car and drive it back to Upstate. Everything seemed normal, except the tire pressure monitor system was on when I left and when I got home I noticed a nail in the front tire. In addition, after visiting my local service center upon arriving home, there was a very small crank in an engine part called the "water outlet". I don’t have the best credit in the world and I was afraid that I would never be able to finance a car. I went to several car dealerships on the island and felt pressured and uncomfortable the entire time. I came across this place while doing some research and decided to give it a shot. I applied for finance and got approved the next day. Rafi worked with me and handled all my documents he answered all my questions through phone and text.
