I have bought my furniture here before. Great quality. Giving it a one star review because of the customer service that Alex provides. I got there and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked him for a few things and he said he will get back to me. When I turn around he was helping people that had barely gotten there!! How is that possible. After I waited for almost 20 mins for him he does that. I just got up and left. Don’t waste your time look else where for your new furniture

About 5 years ago, I and my husband used to buy a lot of furniture for my house here. Like sofa, bed, vanity and couch... We love them a lot and above that the owner here is very nice , easy and comfortable to deal with.. he is a nice guy. It has been a while we did come here so we forgot where it is and the name of the store but suddenly we pass by this area from Victorville then we looked for all the furniture stores on Google , and we lucky to find back this store, we stopped by and of course we bought couple things more from this nice furniture.

I will never go back to this place.
We where loyal customers and on the third trip they sold us bar stools that where to tall, the delivery driver said they needed to leave them that if we wanted to return them we could, when we took them Back to the store the sales lady was very rude saying that we could not return them after talking to their boss lady they took them back and made us pay a restocking fee saying that they would loose money.
I thought that was bad being that we had bought there 2 times before but I said ok it's business I can understand that.
Long story short we returned

Furniture price is acceptable but the customer service was very poor.
I bought a sofa and love seat recliner recently and the shop delivered to my home. One of the recliner was not working and I notified him immediately.For the past 3-4 weeks I have been in touch with him to either replace or to to fix it. They never fix or replace . Kept on saying that they will be coming next day. So BEWARE before you buy.
I would never suggest this place anymore.

Quality furniture and amazing prices. I have been coming to Alex for about 7 years now and he has never disappointed. I just made another large purchase. This time I shopped around and even still I was not able to find the quality and price point that Alex offers. He has classy and modern pieces. And Alex is just an amazing person as well, really nice. If you are looking for furniture or mattresses you have to come see Alex and just see what he has to offer.

I have never leave a bad review before but my back hurts from seatting on their very expensive and horrible quality i have bought expensive couches 2 months after one rip I call Alex and they keep saying they will replace it and never contact me, i have the couch for a year and is the worst quality i never had before is a ripped off my back hurts i fell that i trow away 1,500 dollars i regret not reading the reviews before, the owner Alex never replace or call if don't trow you money here,

I very grateful I have furnished my entire house with furniture from there store. But I need a bed due to my son having surgery and it was for my guest room. I went to many local furniture stores and nobody had anything till October and Alex Furniture store provide me options and delivered in time before my son got home from the hospital. They truly have great customer services. I obtain a bed in 3 days. Thank you so much!!!!

When I first went their the lady was that assisted me kept making up prices in her head and then changing them when I asked for clarification of the price. One guy said come back when Alex is here he gives you the honest price. So I did that. Alex gave me good prices. I picked a delivery date where he said I would get the delivery in the morning. I got a call the day before confirming the delivery. On the day of delivery no call or show. I called the store at 3 pm the lady said that she had no way of getting in contact with the delivery drivers or the owner. So I said ok and waited two more hours

Where do I even start.... this place deserves no stars
1. I saw their add on Craigslist for a specific cal king bed frame any color for $199. I got in next day and show add and even texted them it. They had to call and confirm they could sell frame on what their add said? Okay well it's your ad isn't it? Then I find out it only applies to white and black. Not "any" color.
2. I buy 1 white frame and 1 black frame. I am told to pick it up that Saturday 2 days away.
3. I call on Saturday to confirm pick up and they said I don't have your invoice? Umm okay?
4. I speak to

I went in to this store looking for a headboard and nightstands, the showroom floor was dark and no one was around to help. In fact, I had to track down someone, who happened to be the owner, and was standing at the end of the street looking like he was waiting for someone to arrive. I inquired about the items I needed and he abruptly said no we dont have those..i still asked if i could look around. Fine he said. I've read the reviews regarding Alex Furniture, and i have to say my home is furnished by them and every time I've had nothing but problems after problems! Today they the delivery window was between 8-2, they showed up at 6, with broken product. The first excuse was the driver didn't show up to work. Then the didn't take back my old mattress as promised said they never said they would, and called me a liar!! The owner does his very best to put his problems on you the customer. I wish I had come to Yelp to read these reviews before I made my purchase at this furniture store, had I known there were others before me who had such similar ridiculous experience, I would have NEVER stepped foot in this place. The owner failed to meet the negotiations upon delivery and we were left with a missing furniture piece for over a month. In the meanwhile, instead of treating us with decency, they continuously lied to us that the missing item was on its way, when in reality they never had it in stock. We bought 2 sofas and a recliner from this store in May 2017 and this happened a month later. My wife spoke to Alex via phone and explained the problem. He said he would send someone out to fix it, but two weeks later, no one from their store showed up. I sent Alex a text message to his cell phone and explained the problem a second time, and still no response. It's October 2017 and we still have not heard from Alex Furniture. I give them a one star for very poor customer service and the furniture that we bought is of very low quality. I hope this review will get a response from Alex Furniture

They are indeed CROOKS. The OWNER stated that it would be a $50 delivery fee. No problem, its expected. When they came to deliver the DRIVER wanted an additional $30 for his time. I called the shop and spoke with the owner and he agreed that I needed to pay for the drivers time. ISNT THAT WHAT THE OWNER PAYS THE DRIVER FOR? He then proceeded to threaten to charge my credit card (original form of payment). I checked my bank a few days later and he INDEED CHARGE MY BANK WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
Going straight to the Better Business Bureau, Hope shutting you down was
