The two movers were nice but slow as can be. We were later told that the third person that was supposed to help them got pulled away for another job.
Boxes were dropped and several items were broken. In order to be reimbursed for the items several forms had to be filled out which could take forever.
After the long process of them moving items we had to help them move several items off the truck in order to get things done.
The person we talk to on the phone about all of this was rude and nasty.
We would not be recommending this company to anyone !!!!!!

I just used ABC movers to move from Columbus to Toledo. This move was a breeze! I am so thankful my friend recommended them to me. From the first phone call to unpacking has been nothing but professional, honest, and efficient. The secretary was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and schedule me to move in quickly before the new year! The men were amazing. I was very anxious for this large of a move and they assured me they had everything covered, and they did. I can not recommend ABC Movers enough and will use them when we move again. Im actually a very happy employee. I have never worked for a real moving company before, which I thought I wasn't any good at but it turns out im really good at it. But I really wanted to rate the owner, for giving me the opportunity to sharpen my skills, and the opportunity to be one of the family and a job when no one else would I really do appreciate it

If I could give you a negative 10 star rating I would. I have worked for a moving company before so I'm familiar with the business. I was in Dallas Tx and met a young man who worked for ABC movers. This young man was not paid and explained to me that the driver put him out for asking about his pay. He also explained that he tried to contact the owner numerous times and was given the run around, this is not typical practice for moving companies. I paid for the young man's bus ticket from Dallas TX to Toledo OH. If you have poor business practices like this you don't deserve to be

Not sure wht the rating is so low, but I have used them twice and would use them again. Doug is wonderful forgot the other gentleman's name, but I am more than pleased with them. Doug treated my items as if they were his. Had a problem with a dresser, they even came back with more employees to figure how to get it up the steps with a sharp turn.I am extremely satisfied.
