Don't call this company. They were great a year ago during the install. They came back twice to fix problems fairly promptly. But now, they have gone south - they would not reply to me when I reported a big problem. The door wouldn't open! They don't call you back. I have been trying to reach Jason the owner for days because the door they installed won't open. I have no access to my garage. Luckily the car was parked outside when it stopped working, one year after install. No response.

We recently were shopping for a new garage door, motor and tracks. Our previous door has completely failed and needed to replace everything. We called different garage door companies and we came across Jason. My husband first met with him for a free quote, Jason provided my husband with a variety of options. The decision was tough on picking out the door because all of the styles and window options. We picked out a long panel door with cascade windows. Jason was able to schedule our install one week after he gave us the quote and we were surprised with the cost, the previous quotes we received
