Contacted me immediately about my broken garage door spring, asked for a photo of the garage door, booked an appointment for the next day, arrived on time, finished work in 30 minutes! So easy!

Update - Over the years we have continued to use Mark and his team to maintain our two garage doors. We haven't always remembered to add a comment about the quality of service. There is a reason for that...it hasn't changed. Mark and his team have always been responsive and prompt to schedule the repair, replacement or maintenance. They have always been on time, professional and fair with their pricing. We were just reminded of how good Mark and his team are this week when one of our doors started acting up. It was diagnosed and repaired within 48 hours of our Sunday afternoon message

Garage door spring broke on weekend trapping cars in garage and important appointments on Monday. Repair could not be scheduled until Tuesday however Mark made special trip on Monday to get door open to get cars out. Life saver. Very much appreciate the extra effort he made. Repair completed on Tuesday as scheduled and done well.

We called several companies when our 50 year old garage door finally gave out. Mark offered a fair price and fast turnaround. They installed the new door yesterday and it's perfect. Installation was fast and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend them.

This is the best company ever I was getting the runaround the day before by many other garage door repair companies they were also trying to price gouge and blamed it on Covid some friends recommended Marks so I called them late in the afternoon they came out the very next morning 20 minutes early charged me $50 less for paying cash were very polite and very fast I wish I could give them a 10 star rating

Had Mark's Garage Doors come out this morning and fix our garage door that had stopped working. Very professional, on time, and worth every penny. Not only did he fix what he came out to replace ..he also saw other things that needed to be fixed and fixed it. I highly recommend this company. Thank you once again!

Anyone have garage door problems PLEASE call Mark's Garage for service. I called over 5 other companies and his was HALF PRICE cheaper plus his products were superior and he threw in a keypad for my moms garage door included with the already low price. He replaced the hinges, new motor and new belt. He's a super nice guy and his workers very diligent, professional and courteous.

Started having problems with our garage door motor...they came and fixed in just a few minutes. When I asked and he told me the motor was 16 years old, we asked about a newer model with back battery , wi-fi etc. They gave a quote, which was very reasonable, and came back a few days later and had it all installed in less than 2 hours. It is now so quiet, I didn't think it was working. Super smooth. They explained all the details, set up the new remotes, made sure we knew how to use and explained the warranty and how to make it last longer. I would suggest this company for all garage door

We love our new garage door. Mark was great at guiding us in choosing the right door - very professional and personable, listening to what we wanted and giving us multiple options to review. Mark and his associate, Jeff, did a tremendous job. Our neighbor remarked "it looks fabulous" ... and we have to totally agree; we are extremely happy. Highly recommend them!

Mark got me scheduled in the morning and Jeff came out the same day. Couldn't be more satisfied with the prompt and professional service. Jeff gave an accurate estimate of my garage torsion spring and found cables that are on the verge of snapping.
Overall the professionalism and organized work is highly commendable. It also helps that they are local business and live in our community.

One of the springs on our garage door snapped right after we got home, locking our only vehicle inside. Mark responded promptly and was out the next day to repair. We contacted Mark when we decided to replace our garage door. Mark came out when he said he would, answered calls and was clear about expectations. He was on-time and very clean. While he was working on our house some neighbors stopped by about a garage door he installed for them a few weeks back because the remote wasn't working. He quickly got them all fixed up (they haven't had a problem since) while still staying on track with getting our garage door up. And we love the door! Thanks Mark!

Mark replaced out old manual door with a beautiful new automatic garage door. I should have done this years ago. No more getting out in the rain. The door works beautifully and IS IT QUIET. Half the time I never hear it. And I can't say enough about Mark. He was prompt on returning phone calls. He installed when he said he would. He was courteous and polite. And on top of all this he was reasonable. If you need a new door or one fixed this is the man to call.

Mark came out and assessed the situation quickly. He replaced the worn out sensors. But then he went beyond and balanced something he said was out of whack. He told me the springs were too light for the weight of the door and the motor was old but still working. He could have talked me into a larger repair but said it wasn't called for yet and I might get another few years out of it. He even replaced a burned out light bulb. I felt I got a thorough check up, more than what might be called for. Nice complete job done. I felt good about the appointment and the value. Highly recommended

Recently contacted Mark's Garage Doors after they were referred to me by a neighbor. They came out twice and were right on time, both times!
They were very nice, knowledgeable, did a geat job installing the garage door AND programming my cars to work with the new garage opener. They cleaned up afterwards and there were no surprise fees. What he originally quoted me, is what I paid. I would definitely recommend them for any of your garage door needs.

I never realized how much detailed work goes into installing a garage door. Mark and his partner installed our garage door recently and now I appreciate the amount of work and attention to detail that the installation includes. I received a great price for the purchase and installation of an insulated door. They arrived on time for the job and then made every adjustment with the garage door opener and the new door.

They cleaned up the work site and took the old garage door when they left. My new garage door opens and closes quietly and we no longer hear the wind shaking the door.

I can’t comment on their service but I can comment on their employees! I was passing Lakeville when a mans car broke down. Like instinct someone in a marks garage truck came to the rescue and helped the mans car off the busy road. He was the first and only one to help. Awesome selfless deed on a cold morning.

You will never find another garage installation and sales group as good as Marks. The Work is high quality. The Garage doors are high quality. And the workers are very polite and kind. Our garage doors where very old, and our new doors are beautiful. They where put up very quick as well.
