Trying to reach another local vendor, reached Jessica. After a brief explanation of my error in calling, she said to call back if I didn't get assistance. And sure enough, 4 days go by, no help from the other business, called Jessica and a short 48 hours later, our door opener is replaced! Thank you so much Jessica for stellar service during these trying times. Another thank you to Brandon, the installer. Professional, kind, and definitely an exemplary ambassador for Overhead. I have read mixed reviews but I found myself locked inside my garage when a spring broke. I needed to get to work and this was the only local company that I was able to speak to in my time of urgency. I got lucky and Jessica intercepted some technicians that had a job delay and were able to work me in only after 2 hours from my phone call. Trenton and Billy arrived and replaced 2 garage springs in only about 20 minutes. I can't comment on how competitive the price was but I was very pleased with the service and the short wait time. Stay away from this company, under new ownership. They charged me $450 for ziptie a coil cord previously installed from them and to adjust operator mounts (loosen and tighten bolts) to tighten chain. Who takes 2 hours to do this? Allen the owner must instill this in their employees because I see their ratings are low compared to industry standard. Highly recommend finding a new company.
