We have been using Schenck for years. Last year it was sold to a new owner and the service and respect for their customers has gone way downhill. I had a valid issue and the management refused to even discuss it with me. If you are looking for a reliable source for heating oil from people who care I would not consider Schenck. There are other more reliable resources on the east End.

John showed up on time to pump our cesspool and did great professional job. He noticed the cement cap on the cesspool was cracked and needed replacing. Said they would be back next day to replace it. Again showed up the next day, promptly replaced it in 15 minutes. Would recommend this company without hesitation. The office staff was also professional, quoting prices up front. Knew exactly what to expect. Great job!

Schenck delivered oil to my house until their truck broke the electric deer protection gate. By phone, the manager insisted they did nothing. Then to police the manager insisted the tire tracks, turning radius of the tracks, etc. couldn't be from his truck. Finally overwhelming police evidence to the contrary caused the manager to get his driver off a (what the police said was serious) legal hook. The manager agreed to repair the damaged gate and pay me to repair the secondary landscaping damages based on professional landscaper estimates. (BTW, the police told me that manager had told the
