My experience with Presidio Flooring was extremely positive. Mr Sosa responded promptly to my inquiry regarding flooring and visited my home to discuss possible options. Although I was uncertain about the type and color options that I wanted, I never felt pressured into making a quick final selection. It took several sample selections and viewings at home before I made my decision. Mr Sosa was very patient and helpful during the entire process. Wood came in promptly and Installation appointment was made quickly. Installation went smoothly and both installers were professional and very competent

We had wood look tile put in to replace old carpeting & it looks great! John knows customer service and helped give us a great experience. He went above & beyond what other flooring companies have done for us in the past. Anyone who has had tile demo and installation done knows that it's easy for things to go wrong quick. Haha. It really is the little things that make the difference between good service and great service, & John knows that. We love the finished product & are glad we went with Presidio!

Overall, Presidio Flooring is great to work with, low prices and provides high quality work. We were unsure of what type of flooring that we wanted. John Sosa came to our house and went through multiple samples, explaining the pluses and minuses for each type of hardwood flooring. Once we decided on the type, he went through all the samples until we decided on the look we wanted. John understood that this was a big decision for us and he was very helpful and patient in the process. This is a business owner that truly cares from start to finish. This caring was also shown during the installation

After purchasing a new home, we made the decision to replace carpet with laminate downstairs & on the stairs & also, replaced carpeting with new carpeting in 3 rooms upstairs & every step from start to finish was professional, efficient & done in no time at all. This company came highly recommended through my Next Door app & I was definitely not disappointed. I thought during Covid that it would have been a harder process getting everything we needed but luckily, it went off without a hitch. Lastly, I’m not much of an interior decorator so they even helped with a variety of options to select

John was very knowledgeable about the products he offers. Crews came in and worked hard all day to get the new flooring installed. Cleaned up after themselves and asked questions about specific areas of home as the agreement for flooring installation to make sure it was correct. Very pleased with the installation. GREAT JOB GUYS.
