I have been using Aladin Moving over the last 18 years. They have always been professional, on time, took great care with my belongings and were very courteous. Recently, I used them about 5 times over the course of 2 months to move my household items to storage as I'm waiting for construction of my home. The moving teams were top notch and very receptive to my stringent demands. These 5 stars were well deserved! I definitely recommend Aladin as your next moving company!

No stars! If you value and want to keep any of your belongings do not trust anything to these movers! I moved out of town and had to store my things for about 10 days before I could move into my new home. I did not want my things stored in a non climate controlled space. I talked to Derek and Keith both about my concerns several times but my concerns were ignored. While my things were in storage they were gone through and somebody helped themselves to what ever they wanted. Two boxes were delivered to me open and no longer packed just thrown back into a box. Two other boxes were soaking

Ruined an expensive mattress and a tiffany lamp. Filed damage claim and had to stay on them for 3 months to get any meaningful response out of them. They ended up telling us they would pay small percentage of the damages not even worth the time.
They also spent much of the move day playing basketball in our front yard and sitting around and our bill was twice as much as originally quoted.

I requested a quote from Aladin moving and a few other local companies. Aladin was the least expensive by almost $300. They allotted 5 hours to move the furniture and large items from a 4 bedroom house and move it to a new house 3 miles away. 4 guys were sent to complete the job, and it was completed in 3.5 hours, so I paid less than I expected to. The guys were very polite, helpful and efficient. I would recommend Aladin in a heartbeat!

Two very expensive pieces of furniture arrived damaged: a dining table and a media center. At least one of them, the dining table, was obviously terribly packed, any person with common sense could have wrapped it better. Regardless, it's going to cost around $1000 to fix the damage, and the $0.60 liability limit per pound does not nearly come close to covering the damage.
