I can not say enough about Chris and his team. He was beyond knowledgeable regarding the issues with our furnace and went over all of our options to remedy and replace. We ended up going with a full furnace and AC replacement and his crew did an amazing job. They were extremely neat, clean and communicative during the entire install. As a new homeowner it was important to work with someone I trusted and I beyond trust Chris and his crew. I would confidently recommend them to anyone!

I called in November 2020 with a problem with my furnace. They came right out. My furnace was almost 20 years old and since I had done repair work already, I decided to go with a new furnace and air conditioner. Chris was very professional and accommodating.They were respectful of my home and I think they left the basement cleaner than it was when they started. In March of 2021 they came back to get the air conditioner install completed. Today Chris came out and completed the air install. I am very pleased with this company. As a new customer with an urgent need to get my AC system running again after it just stopped working, I was extremely pleased to get the response I did today. Great business to work with! Chris and Bob really know what they are doing. The pre-planning and set-up they did beforehand minimized the impact on our business as they work, from beginning to end. Chris and Bob were organized and very easy to be around. They were in on time, and very flexible about working around our routines as they did the install. We moved into our home 1.5 years ago and it came with an outdoor AC unit. This summer it started acting strange. With a call to Nowak HVAC, I not only got an appointment fairly quickly, but Chris did a fantastic job explaining everything about the unit and my homes current air-flow situation.
Thankfully we didn't need anything and the unit was simply strained from all this summer's needs. Which is another major point here, they inspected and didn't try to sell me something unnecessary. He told what how I can keep it running for a decent time, and that maintenance wasn't necessary right now.
