Called for an appointment nobody showed? Called to confirm, guy on the phone said he would call back and never did....i would strongly suggest going somewhere else.

I was told they would come to see what was going on with our issue. No response back and needless to say, no one ever showed up.

My mother had an emergency with her toilet. Called Kanderfer and he came over in no time at all. He fixed the problem and was very professional. Thank you so much. Hope we never need a plumber again, but if we do, I will call Kanderfer again.

I should have paid attention the other reviews. I setup an appointment and no one bother showing up or calling me. When I called to inquire about the no show I was told they didn't recollect the phone call for the appointment. I would stay away if you plan on taking time off in anticipation of them committing to their appointment.

Knowledgeable, reliable, and experts in there field. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Called Kandefer to replace my mothers water shut off valve in her basement. First time he showed up a few months ago he charged my mother approx. $95 to loosen a nut, instead of replacing the valve I had asked them to change. Due to not replacing the valve, we ended up with the same problem we originally had. This time the repairman showed up with an attitude probably because I was there and I wouldn't let him take advantage of us. When I showed him what we were having a problem with he went on a verbal tirade towards me and my elderly mother stating he won't replace it because I will complain
