WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I purchased a 2014 Ford escape on Aug. 9. Going to a big reputable dealership I thought I'd get a decent reliable vehicle. I was wrong. By Aug. 20th the check engine light came on, the fault engine warning was on, coolant warning came on and had to jump the vehicle 3 times. All of this before I made the first payment. I called the dealership multiple times and as the sales man who helped with the purchase did what he could to fix the situation the only option he gave me was to trade it in but I would loose $3,000 to $4,000 in value since that was the profit. I had the best experience last weekend at Rosedale Chevrolet in Roseville. Doug Schrauner was the most professional amazing diligent person I ever met. I recently filed a bankruptcy and reached out to him on Friday and he work so hard on getting me approved with my currently bankrupt and a huge hit on my credit for filing. He had everything ready to go when I got in and I swear it was less than 45 mins in and out after arriving. Here for service. The gentleman that helped me as I pulled into the driveway was very nice courteous and respectful. I went to the sales floor because my lease is almost up so I wanted to talk to someone about getting into a new vehicle. Probably 5 people walked past me without saying a word (I was the only person so they can't claim to have been busy) and 1 person saw me then sat down at their desk. I probably won't be renewing my lease or purchasing a car from here again. I wonder if they're not interested in talking to me because they don't think it would result in anything

I bought a used truck 2018 Chevy Ltz within first week it started vibrating . I made a appointment to bring it in . I was told by service guy he could not authorize a loaner the guy who sold would have to do that . I couldn’t get ahold of him and next day was president day they were closed . So I canceled appointment. I got busy and and couldn’t… get back for a couple months it got bad so I took off work to get there . They said it’s torque converter. Needs transmission flushed to fix not converted under extended warranty $615.00 dollars to I talked to sales manager there

They advertised a 36 month lease on the web site told me it was wrong and only had 24 months. I leased the vehicle for 24months. At the end of the lease I was told by GM Financial if I did not buy or lease a GM product thier was a $395.00 Penalty. I was not told by the sales person or the finance person when I signed the lease of this penalty. I am the only person in my family of 19 that was driving a GM product [stupid]. I called Rosedale in a panic early on a Monday morning. Jon in the service department was able to find the part I needed (a missing key fob) and schedule am spot for the same day. They were incredibly kind to my group of travelers from Oklahoma, even letting us camp out in one of the cubicles while we waiting with all our gear.
Ethically, I would never choose another dealership over Rosedale. A potential customer confronted a "Mexican" immigrant and Uber driver to "go back to where he came from. He proudly announced he was a racist.

BUYER BEWARE. First, I'll admit...I am stupid and should have known better. But they pulled the typical bait and switch. Was a drive...I didn't want to go in..but they got me to. I went over, went through the check out my trade bs...and they came back and were not close. I left...and they Jon kept calling me, sweetening the deal. Finally it got close enough to go over and try to complete the deal. They quoted me X rate...and when I went to sign out gave me a rate almost 3 times the quoted rate. Rosedale Chevrolet Has always done a great job for me I have used my warranty for repairs with them they make it quick And easy, I have also paid for some repairs out of pocket for some repairs not covered by the warranty and the price is always very competitive. I always work with Sean Pierce in their service department he does a great job and his customer service is Excellent, I have used another dealerships service departments before I switched to Rosedale Chevrolet the other dealerships Customer service was subpar. Every time I have used rosedale Chevrolet service center it has been a fiasco. The last time I went for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment and also let them know I would be waiting while the service was performed. It took an hour and forty five minutes. Unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere

Purchased a set of 4 tires last summer for my 2011 Tahoe for $900-1000. Recently had one tire leaking air, I has the type of repair protection or guarantee they offer. Had the spare on when I arrived, when I picked up my car after the repair they had thrown the tire in the back. I would have thought a dealership would put it back under the vehicle where it is stored. I was alone with my 16 month old and had gotten a ride to pick up my car, it was pouring outside. I asked if anyone could show me how to put the spare back where it goes and I received blank stares from the employees at the counters

If you want to be completely ripped off and taken advantage of go here! They will over charge you and make problems that aren't even there in the first place. You will leave having 10000 things wrong with your car according to them. They do not do quality work. I spend $3000 for them to fix all these problems I had with my car according to them after I took it for a diagnostic for a minor issue. After spending that money nothing was fixed. The car continued to have issues. They claim they can't refund me and they claim there is a bunch of other things wrong with it not. They are a crock

Maybe this is just a "me" thing, but when I go to a car dealership, I'm looking for someone to come greet me and assist me in looking for/test driving a car. Dealerships are driven by entrepreneurship and that being said it didn't appear as though anyone wanted my business! I was outside for a good 20-25 minutes within vision of their sales office. Multiple people were talking to coworkers or were not visibly with a customer. This is irritating when you are someone who is seriously considering purchasing a vehicle in the near future! I left.

Bottom Line: Service Center provides terrible service and even worse customer service. I highly recommend taking your car some where else - especially for recalls.
The Whole Story: I took my car in to have a recall done on it this past Spring. That went fine - I was able to get in quickly and they did the recall, but somehow they knocked my headlight lose and didn't put it back in place. Wouldn't you check that before you give the car back to the customer, especially a first time customer? Also I noticed they told me they would wash my car when they were done and they didn't do

They sold me a car that they knew had a broken air-conditioning unit. I didn't even have the car for 8 hours before it went out. Usually a dealer will fix the issue if it was that obvious, but not this place. They took a look at it, said they fixed it, a day later it was out again and they refused to do anything else.
