Called to get an appointment to have my Mom's car looked at as it was losing oil but no oil stains where she parks it. Called the service department and spoke to James. Found out later he was not in service but only in the reservation department. Asked him if my Mom could wait while the diagnostic was performed. James said they prefer that they leave the car all day. When asked how much the diagnostic will cost he said the service technician will tell my Mom the cost AFTER it has been performed along with their recommendation to fix the problem. Don't know of many other businesses that do not tell

I just bought my second car from Lupient Chevrolet in a row and worked with William Moore. Made an oil change appointment only to be told upon arrival it was a 3-hour wait. There were wiper blade changes and other tasks that are “first-come, first-serve” and that appointments do not guarantee any priority. Also wasn’t acknowledged by service team upon arrival. They just left me to stand at the desk and wait on them for quite a while to offer a welcome. Service quality is very poor and I will not be returning.

Everything was great. I pulled in and was helped right away. My car was vacuumed, oil changed, tire plugged because of a nail found, and I was on my way that afternoon. I will definitely be back :)

Beyond horrible had 8:45 am oil change appointment for $79 plus tax. We get there they tell us as a couple hours wait I went up there they said it'll be ready by 11:15 am didn't even have the time to call me I had to call them! they said the car was wash come to find out there was black marks and dirt all over the back wasn't washed absolutely ridiculous didn't leave there until around 11:47am . It was around a $108. Absolutely ridiculous they didn't care they were on their own time. They don't care about their customers they don't care about customer service. don't go there for oil change. Just

It would be 5 stars and 10.... IF..... and this happens every time without exception. I make the appointment by selecting a service package. Sometimes it's because you are running a special, other times it's just a package of services due on my vehicle. When I check in, the technician always asks what I want done to my vehicle. I always respond by saying, I want the package that I chose when I made the appointment on line. They always act as if they have no idea what the current packages are, or what the current advertised specials are, and they make me repeat what I want done, line item by line

I had a great experience here when I came in to have a wiper blade that wasn’t working fixed. It turned out that all I had wrong was a nut loose preventing the wiper from functioning. Richard Gepp was the service consultant who helped me and he voided the inspection cost and had it fixed for no charge. because it was an easy fix. I would 100% recommend this dealership for its services

Your service manager, Daniel was excellent to work with. He kept me updated through the entire process and dealt directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I really appreciate his effort, and the car looks just like new. I will continue to use Lupient for our service needs, the team is fantastic!

Purchased used car from same dealership. Found a issue with power steering while driving and I didn't buy warranty. They could have put all repair charges on me. But once issue was diagnosed, service management agreed to bear all cost of this service to keep us happy on our used car purchase. Think the parts and repairs might be over $1500 if I had to pay. Truly appreciate this teams commitment to keeping customers happy about product and services delivered.
