I don’t post reviews very often unless I have a very outstanding or very poor experience, and Christy Motors has made the cut for very outstanding customer service. I’ve only had one car and I bought it from an old manager’s mom who wanted just cash up front. I’ve never financed. I’ve never bought from a lot. Nothing. I just recently started building credit. Only go to purchase a vehicle from Christy Motors if you plan on opening up a lemonade stand with that vehicle. Enough said.

Look how long it took for them to defend my review. They don't care. Once that paper is signed...its your problem. I called Christy Motors numerous times. I even had the vehicle taken back to Christy Motors numerous times(which I paid for the tow). All they did for me was unhook the battery to reset all the codes and lights popping up on my dash. They continued to get upset with my calls...even tho they said a call would help(look at their comment/rebuttal). How

Terrible customer service. Very disorganized. Couldn't get a straight answer. They took my deposit and said we would get it all figured out. I message them a couple days before the trip to go pick up the vehicle and I get told the owners don't wanna sell the vehicle out of state and they are returning my deposit. Then tried to tell me they wanted to sell me the car. I have bought and sold several cars over the years and this dealership was very disappointing. They wasted my time and my.money that I put into going to get this vehicle. I would never recommend them unless you like being confused and

Christy Motors is a great place to buy a car. Its no pressure and super friendly the father and son team is fantastic. They have a huge inventory to fit everyone's budget. I left with a 2014 Chrysler 200 its perfect for me. I recommend anyone looking to get a new vechile to stop by Christy Motor's I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!!

I HIGHLY recommend going to Christy Motors if you're searching for a new vehicle! They were awesome!! Treated us with respect, kindness and ZERO pressure!! Bob was great!! I never like discussing the financing end of getting a new vehicle however Bob made it painless and fast! He is Johnny on the spot and knows his stuff!! It's fun to watch him work!!
