I'm 18 years old trying to buy a car to travel to college. I decided to buy from daystarr because my mom had a good experience with him. However, mine was disappointing. I knew nothing about cars so I relied on the owner to give me proper information about the vehicles on his lot. I found a car that I test drove and immediately saw the low tire pressure sensor. When I pointed it out to him the owner told me that he put new tires on so maybe the sensors were adjusting to the new tires. He also said that the sensors are optional so it is not a big deal. What a difficult and stressful experience this has been for our family. We purchased a car from Daystarr, that died within five days of purchase. This is a car that my teenager worked several summers to save up for. Between expensive repairs, unreliability, and every headache imaginable, the car still sits idle over a month later (and after $1500 in repairs). We have had to wait a long time for the title, and are unable to sell the car without title. The one star I give this company is for their offer to trade the idle car for another car of lesser value. Trash. Never shop here. I wish zero stars were an option. They are demeaning and clueless. I bought an SUV that seemed to work generally okay. It runs alright, there is just no heat or A/C, the doors don't lock, the steering wheel won't turn after a lot of PS fluid. That's just the beginning. The guy screamed at me when I wanted the title after at least six months had passed. This "business" is on the border of criminal from my experience.

I only rated this place a 1 because i don't have the option to rate it a zero! I bought a GMC Envoy 1 year ago and the only guarantee i wanted was that the 4 wheel drive worked. The people thst worked there continuously assured me that it worked well. The 4 wheel drive worked during the test drive and it also worked for half of the first Minnesota snow last year. I paid them 6,500 cash following a horrible car accident (not my fault and not me driving) but my husband and i and our 2 dogs came out of this accident unharmed (along with the person who hit us) and i needed a new vehicle.
