We had a great experience at Feldmann Imports. Everyone is great to work with. Our salesperson was Matthew Sack and he was especially very helpful and patient with us. He answered all our questions and beyond. He kept us well informed and up to date with the status of our vehicles all the way up to the point of delivery. This Mercedes dealership is in stark contrast to the Rochester Mercedes dealership, where we initially went. When we were working with one of their sales staff, and asked for pricing options on different models, he told us that they are quite busy so they would prefer not to spend

We have worked with Feldman for over 20 years and have purchased a variety of vehicles from them, unfortunately we recently had a horrible experience with their parts department, specifically Eric Guggisberg. He does not provide a level of service that you would expect from a Mercedes dealership and should be sent back through training if they want to continue servicing customers in the Twin Cities.

My first encounter with Feldmann imports was in 2017 when I purchased a new GLC 300. The sale negotiations went fine and I agreed to buy a car that was in transit to the US. No deposit was required to secure the deal. The closing however was difficult at best. The person handling the closing insisted that I buy additional service contracts and extended warranties. He pushed it to the point that I got up and left the dealership. I was stopped by the salesman in the parking lot and he convinced me to return and complete the transaction which I did.

I had a great experience with Jack Woodring at Feldmann Imports. I was on a short timeline, and needed to get a vehicle quickly. When I arrived to look at the 2011 C300 4MATIC that I bought, Jack was very helpful with introducing me to the vehicle, and throughout the entire purchasing process. I recently bought a 2021 GLE AMG 53 from Feldmann Imports Mercedes. My buying experience was exceptional. Heather Schaffer did a superb job with my purchase and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They know how to take care of people. I’ll buy my next car from them again. I had a 2018 GLE AMG 43 which I serviced with their service department and I have been very happy with them too. We drove three hours in search of a luxury vehicle and found by far the best inventory, deals AND staff at Feldmann Imports. My wife and I never felt pressured to make a move, and our sales associate Jack Woodring was more than accommodating towards our family. Our financial advisor Jor Cha was a treat to work with as well. Very nice sales lot and building. We did go to multiple dealerships before Feldmann Imports, but next time we will stop here first. There were perks that they offer that were not offered anywhere else. We look forward to dealing with the staff at Feldmann for years to come.
