We used zippy shell for a whole house move that was over 70 miles away from April-June 2020. It was the best decision we ever made! They came to us and delivered to our new place BOTH on our timeframe! Secure and absolutely no issues or claims for broken/lost items. Communication and professionalism during the onset of covid-19 pandemic and throughout the whole process! No surprises. I will never use anyone else!

First off- Zippy Shell Columbus and Zippy Shell INC. are two totally different company's both legally and professionally!! I can't thank Dave from Zippy Shell COLUMBUS enough! After making a move from Austin, TX to Columbus, OH- and having the worst time with the INC side ... Dave was the only one to give us any communication, answers, and even results. We spoke to him personally after being notified our shell had finally made it to Columbus. We let him know what terrible experiences we had leading up to him receiving our shell here. Please don't waste your time with Zippy Shell. They are a terrible company. I made a move from Columbus, Oh to Columbia, Mo. We had our belongings picked up from our home in Columbus on May 25th. They told us it would be 6-8 business days or 7-10 total days from the time our belongings were picked up to when they are delivered to the destination. It has been 19 days since the 25th and we still dont have our things. We have called Zippy shell customer service more than 10 times over the last 2 weeks trying to get and update. They couldn't give us any updates besides when it left Columbus

Dave was very responsive when I emailed for a quote and had great follow-up. John, Joey and Mike did an excellent job in moving us. They were very polite, efficient and worked very hard. We had questions about the invoice and Dave called and took care of all of our questions. I highly recommend Zippy for your moving needs.

Locally they are amazing. They banged out the loading and communicated well. I definitely think they were great!
But man the corporate associates are rude and unhelpful. The on hold times are HORRIBLE to even get to speak with them. When you do get them on the line they really don't care about you because you're in contract with them by this point and at their mercy. This is a very expensive service, you would at least expect pleasant service.

We used Zippy Shell to move my mother. Dave, the owner, was thoughtful, timely, and communicative. Our move consisted of moving out of an apartment, one month storage, and unloading at a new apartment. The container, to my surprise, was actually a cage and the cage was deposited in a box truck. During storage, the cage is unloaded in a climate controlled warehouse. We didn't suffer for this, but some might be concerned. I would definitely use Zippy again! Their customer service was excellent and the price was great!

Zippy Shell did such a great job with my move I couldn’t be more happy! Brad was very accommodating to all of my needs and did a good job at communicating everything to expect from start to finish. Great experience! Company was super accommodating! Also more reasonably priced than other companies. The owner delivered our final container to ensure we were satisfied with their service. We used PODS in the past and didn't have this dedication to customers service. I definitely recommend and will use again!

Shouting ZippyShell services from the rooftops! I could not be more pleased. Zippy Shell handled our entire move from our sold home, then storage of all our home contents for a month until our new build was ready, and then redelivered to our brand new condo! Efficient. Great communication. If Zippy Shell promises something, they come through. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Dave and his team were awesome! They helped me move furniture into my new spa space and I'm so glad I chose them to do it! I had several large and heavy pieces of furniture. Dave is hands-down one of the most efficient and professional movers I've had to use in quite a long time.
If you use zippy shell and a loader / mover the 3 day timeframe can absolutely be hit with the trailer. I used zippy shell for a move heading to Wisconsin and while I have not made my way to Wisconsin just yet, his professionalism and willing to help in anyway shape or form made the transition that much easier.
I initially looked at moving as a wall that was on unscalable and with Dave and zippy shell I was able to start the scaling of this wall. Whole heartedly I would use

The move was seamless. Dave came on-time and was a quite pleasant fellow. The movers did a great job and were both careful and friendly. When I had questions prior to the move I was able to text Dave and he was prompt to answer me. We had to change dates multiple time but Dave wasn't the least impatient. He assured me that he would work with us to arrange a time that would work for us when the time came. We had more things that I think I'd described so it took a little longer than expected but the bill was much lower than any other option. The guys were quick and I could find no damage on anything

If anyone is looking for a company to do moving/storage, I wanted to share this contact info. I recently purchased a new sofa for my basement and contracted them for delivery. They were amazing!! The owner and his assistant went above and beyond in every aspect. The sofa was supposed to go down to our basement and it was not going easily. They ended up spending 2 hours here, trying to make it work. They were so courteous, they never showed even a moment's frustration, and when it came time to pay, they didn't try to ask for more money, even to deliver the sectional back to the Arhaus

I had the best experience with Dave and Zippy shell. Moving back from Chicago I used zippy shell. They were on time for arrival in Chicago and made it back to Columbus without any issue. I needed to store the zippy for 3 weeks until I moved into my new apartment. During that time I needed get a few items out of the zippy and Dave was more than accomadating in helping me get into the warehouse and grab the few items. Dave was very helpful on move in day as well, he was right on time and even went as far as helping me move some things into my house. I would recommend this service to anyone looking
