Only be using them. Also the furniture store I bought from were so impressed they will be using them as well!!!

Not sure if the fellas will see this, but just wanted to say that those guys that came out yesterday were great. we tried to make the move easier for them, but there were still steps and some heavy items. They were great, no complaining, and had great ideas for different ways to pack and move certain things. I didn’t get all their names but they were all awesome, and Braxton was very informative, understanding, and helpful. Definitely will recommend to anyone, and we will use your guy’s services for any future moves.

I had Old Man and a Van pick up furniture from Arhaus. I happened to be at Arhaus at the time of pick up and purchased the table right before pickup. It was in perfect condition when it left the showroom. The team had trouble getting the table thru the door and set it down on the sidewalk outside the front door, which would have caused the damage. I called to report the damage and have not received a return call.

Old Man and a Van moved a bunch of furniture into storage for me. While the workers were polite and appeared to work hard, I was totally devastated to see the condition of my furniture when I recently visited my storage unit. My dining room table is ruined. They appeared to roll it on the ground towards the storage unit instead of picking it up and carrying it. Please see attached pictures.

I needed help moving my mother's belongings out of an Assisted Living Facility which is challenging during these times of Covid-19. I had contacted another moving company previously, but on the day of the move, the driver informed me after pulling up to the address that he was unable to go in due to restrictions by their company of not being allowed to enter any Senior Living facilities. When I made the appointment with this company I shared that it was an Assisted Living community and never kept that a secret. We've moved 6 times including cross country and in-town. This was hands down our smoothest move and the best company we have ever used. Josh and crew showed up to provide and estimate and really took his time, asked lots of questions and helped to work out the logistics of a 2-day, multi-site move.
The crew that came were early (!), extremely polite and personable and took extremely good care of our possessions plus the walls and flooring.

I had a short notice local move for my brother moving into an assisted living center. Scheduling the move was quick and easy. The appointment time was 1:00 but Braxton and Zach called at 11:15 and asked if they could come early at 11:45 - GREAT! They took all the items that needed to be moved, which included a few items of furniture and some oddball bags and small boxes. The truck was loaded in 15 minutes and items were carefully wrapped and stowed. The guys worked well with the folks at the assisted living place and the rules. Called and had an estimate within a few hours. I purchased a big book case at a local furniture consignment shop and these guys were fast, clean, friendly and the price even came in under the estimate! I would and will call again if I need anything moved! Thank you so much!

One Old Man and a Van did a fantastic job on a last minute move for my daughter. My daughter was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom apartment in Columbus and my husband and son could not make the trip from Texas to help me due to travel issues. I immediately called them and Beth was able to help me schedule a meeting for a quick walk through on the current apartment the same day as our phone call which was a Wednesday. They came and assessed our move and quoted us a very reasonable amount and we were scheduled for the move that Friday morning.

Josh (the manager) was very professional in his estimates as well as managing his crew’s execution of moving our home into our newly purchased home. His crew lead (Scott) was also very professional and prioritized all of my requests even though it required additional effort. I only needed 5 or 6 big item furniture moved that a friend was giving me since she was moving out of state and didn't want to take anything back with her, mind you... not a whole household. Several moving companies gave me a high quote which I found unreasonable for a few items. The guys did a great job and was quick. They handled the furniture with care and wrapped some with plastic wrap if needed. Placed furniture where I needed it as well. If you need a partial move or small load, they are the company to use VS 2 men and a truck.

I cannot thank Tim and his crew enough for the support they gave me last month when I had an unexpected move and needed to find a new apartment within a week. Not only did they move me, but they helped pack me up and brought a load to a storage unit on my behalf.

Hired for unloading assistance. Experience was great!

Two individuals arrived in the timeframe provided and went at unloading a rental truck. I requested an old treadmill be brought up from the basement and another brought down, both heavy heavy heavy. They made sure to take their time and did not damage anything. I had most items ready to roll, including blankets on the floor (raining) along with removing doors where needed.
