My air system died during the night. I called first thing in the morning explaining it wasn't working and that I had a very ill baby at home. The Blanton's were there within the hour. They were informative and stayed hours fixing a really tough problem. They went above and beyond and even found a way to improve air quality.

I have had 3 great experiences with Blanton’s
1st was the initial call making a service appointment. The lady was very pleasant and got us scheduled for the next day. The service man Brian showed up and fixed our problem then gave us our options for the future. He also had Alex get in touch with is about a new system.
Alex got us multiple options for our size unit. We pick a option and got it installed the next day.
Our installer was Edward. He was on time and was very professional. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up after. He explained and showed me everything about the new system.

I LOVE THESE FOLKS! They were recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I took her advice! The original gentleman, Brian that came out to check out the system was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Alex Zuech, the sales rep, reached out to me about replacing my HVAC unit because of the age and difficulty getting parts due to the shipping issues. I took his advice and I'm so happy I did! I had to have my entire plumbing pipe system replaced on a house I bought recently (polybutylene pipes), and I was dreading the mess and expense it would involve. Jessica came out and walked me through exactly what would happen. Then Adam and his crew completed the work in two days, and left the house spotless. They dealt creatively with a couple of quirks in the house’s original construction. And I was without water for only a couple of hours. Plus they were very considerate of me and my dogs being present. The price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.

We were in dire need of maintenance on our Church and Parish hall at St. Frederick & Stephen Catholic Church on Edisto Island. Blanton & Sons responded to our need within 3 days upon our request. They did a very thorough and professional job on our 4 systems. John was great and explained alot about our systems. He discovered several items that… were missed during the construction of our new Church 2 years ago and fixed the issues. Graham serviced our three HVAC systems on May 5, 2021. Did a very thorough job. He was efficient, communicates well and is a pleasure to have at the house providing Blanton's services. He diagnosed issues which required replacements and maintenance. I highly recommend having their periodic maintenance service. The equipment will last longer, be more efficient and potentially reduce risks due to any malfunctioning.

Best service ever! I called Blanton & Sons this morning and Graham came to my house on time. He was very professional and followed all covid precautions. He identified the problem and fixed it in a timely fashion. He took the time to ensure my ac was cooling before he left. He also identified a gas leak and secured the gas line prior to leaving. He was very thorough in his assessment. Price was very affordable. I will be using Blanton & Sons for all my heating / cooling maintenance and repairs. Only wish I would have found this company years ago.

Everything was great, Graham Turner was very nice and he explained in detail what was wrong with our AC and what he had to do to fix it. It was raining and he had to walk in and out of the house which made the floors wet which isn't a problem for me since I have kids and a dog which means I clean the floors constantly and he was so nice to ask me if he could dry up the floors for me and I said that I could do it, that it wasn't a problem and before he left he asked me again which was very nice of him. Anyways! It was great service and nice people!

Blanton & Sons is the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with and now 71 I have worked with more than a few. They replaced our central unit last year and recently repaired our mini split that was not their install. Their employees are exceptional. Nathan, Graham, Alex, Tiffany and everyone there have been courteous, honest and professional. They… are always on time for scheduled visits or call immediately if there's an unexpected delay. They might not always be the " cheapest" but they are competitive. Most important at the end of the day I know the work was done right and they stand

I was converting from an electric range to a gas range. I have other gas appliances so I just needed them to run a line to the gas range. Jimmy came over to give me an estimate. He clearly explained what the plan was and patiently answered all of my questions. I don't recall the technician's name, but he was efficient and really professional. I'd call them again and recommend them without hesitation.

This review is based on my latest service with Blanton's. I used them once before and it was a great job from top to bottom. This time I called a week or 2 out, asked for a specific tech and scheduled my appointment for 10:30. To make a long story short, they arrived an hour late and they sent me a different tech than the one I requested. The work itself was great but the customer service representative I dealt with on this occasion dropped the ball 3 times: she never advised me of a supposed 2-hour appointment window; not sending my originally requested technician as promised, and not calling
