So I learned about this company on Home Advisor who referred them for my project. I was sorely disappointed. Not only did I accomodate the appraiser with his schedule and not mine but I waited 5 weeks, contacting them both by email and phone 4 times. I was told I would be contacted and receive a proposal but never did. I got tired of waiting and went to another company. I figured if this is how they do business - they are not the company for me, particulary since the project would be costing around $40K-$50K.
