Keith is knowledgeable about his business, delivers dependable, quality work at a fair price... Sturges been out to our home last summer and fixed an issue for me this spring, before the heat of summer... For our home, Sturges will be taking care of all our heating and air conditioning needs.

Horrible, installed a Trane system a few years ago. Every season change we have to have something fixed. Sturges refuses to fix the unit they installed and keep passing the buck.

My air conditioner compressor went out on a Friday and needed to be replaced. Nobody would even come to provide an estimate in less than 3 days or install in less than 7. I called Sturges and told him exactly what I wanted. He gave me a reasonable price and guaranteed the price and installed the unit on Monday. They were knowledgeable about the systems asking all the right questions over the phone to make sure it was appropriate for the home and existing furnace. Although located in Jasper, they didn't hesitate to come intown. Highly recommend!
