Thank you for your wonderful customer service! It was timely, thorough, reasonably priced and extremely personable staff! My heat went out just before my family was coming for the holidays. I needed emergency service & they came through. Everything was explained before the charges, giving me the ability to move forward or not.
The second best thing is there was no service window waiting for service parts. They came right away.
My cost was less than $600, for emergency service.

We had an emergency situation almost in the night and weekend also. The firs company who I found was Metro. I wish everyone could be so lucky as me that night. The receptionist took my request and I had call from tech in 5 minutes. Hour later the problem was solved. Our technician Devorian did a great job, and gave us some good advices how to improve our system in a future. Thanks Metro!

Chaz D was our repair technician and he was excellent! He came on time and was very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us and did not make us feel rushed one bit. He was very polite and very educated about the air conditioning system. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. He was very honest with us about our options and costs. He also fixed our a/c problem with efficiency and was very professional. We would definitely recommend Chaz D and this company!

I had a very good experience with Metro AC. I had to call on an emergency basis due to my AC not working in 100 degree weather and the two on call after hours dispatchers I spoke to were very professional and reassuring. I was given an estimate of when I would hear either from a tech or the dispatcher again as they were working on a another job and I was contacted within the time estimate stated by the tech, Chaz. Chaz came and diagnosed the problem, answered all of the many questions and fixed issue within a very timely manner. I felt good about my interactions and felt that pricing was fair.

The sales professional was low pressure, thorough and the prices were in the middle of other bids. The unit they sold me works like a champ. I've also used them to repair an older system (which only seemed to go out on holiday weekends). They were always able to send a repair person within 24 hours, and the problems were addressed quickly. They gave me several repair options, and have stood by their work.

Happened twice now. I waited on Friday afternoon for a 1-3 pm appointment. I called at 1:30 pm to confirm they were coming. No return call. At 3 pm, I left, no show.
If you have time to wait half your day and get a no show, this is your company.
Never again. I predict they will be out of business soon.

We were long time customers of a different heating and air condition company. When we had a problem with our unit we called them out. The responding technician said the repair would be $1000 and he would not be able to order the part until the next week. I was disappointed. His next statement of "you might as well just buy another unit" made me very suspicious as this unit was a fairly new unit.
