Wow, we had 3 companies come out to give us a quote for 2 new furnaces. These guys were above and beyond the most responsive, the least salesman-y, the most informative, and the best value. It's bad enough we had to replace 2 furnaces simultaneously; these guys didn't waste a minute of my time to boot. Very professional and they took care of business neatly and quickly. So far, so awesome!

Justin was a great technician. Easy to schedule with and he called before arrival. He was very personable and knowledge, two things I look for in any technician since I'm in a similar field myself.
He discovered my relay switch on my furnace fan had gone bad in a timely fashion. He even searched for the parts I needed to have my unit fixed the next day. Highly pleased with this business!
I Plan on recommending all family members and friends to his business.

Our AC was not cooling the way we thought it should've been. Classic gave us a quick quote they came out and did the repair while we were at work. It was nice when we got home our house was cooled off. In Texas ac is not a luxury it's a necessity. The work was done in a day at the price estimated the only variance is that we needed more Freon we were happy to pay

Messaged them Sunday around 1 PM - my air conditioning had died (they state 24/7 hours). I explained I also have health issues whereas the heat makes me physically sick. At the same time, I contact another company that was closed over the weekend.
The other company called me promptly at 8 AM on Monday. It is now 11:20 on Monday, and Crickets from these guys! I provided, phone and text number to reach me.
For obvious reasons, I won't be using this company.
UPDATE: 6:30 PM, never got any response.

I hired Classic Air AC to come and inspect my "senior-citizen" (10+ year old) units after relocating from Chicago into a new house in Dallas. If happy life = happy wife, then happy wife = 72 F.
During our scheduled service appointment, Justin showed up at the house just as it started to rain. Since water and humidity can damage their expensive gauges (and can also be hazardous with the electrical), he offered to reschedule for the very next day.
He showed up as promised and performed

Had Classic Air out again today to look at some work that the previous owner had done on the AC prior to sale of the home, and as usual, was very pleased with their service. Thanks, Cody!
Another AC contractor had diagnosed a Freon leak after a recent refill and was asking ~$2,000 to replace a coil. That contractor had supposedly added Freon 6-8 weeks beforehand and was very confident that there was a leak and ready to replace the coil. If their prior lack of diligence was any indication, I doubt they would have checked the level again before doing so.

Justin and crew came back out to fix what he couldn't due to having to order parts. The A/C is running more efficiently now. Having Justin and Chris come and do work at my house truly felt like having friends come over to fix something I couldn't. They heard my concerns and bent over backwards to fix the problem. They are your next door neighbors that you can depend on to fix your A/C & heating needs and work with you financially if need be. I couldn't imagine having a better experience and glad they responded first. They have gained and earned a new customer through the service

Of course it'd stop working the 1st night I spend in my new place lol. Well, I reached out to Classic Air at 2:30am and I fell asleep somewhere soon after but I had a response waiting for me when I woke up. Justin was able to come out shortly after and confirm what I had suspected was the issue (thanks to google) and it was a faulty thermostat.

If it's possible to LOVE your HVAC company, I have found theee one.
I have dealt with multiple HVAC companies since purchasing my home. Last year, I was told that my AC unit was leaking freon, and it was recommended that I replace the unit. I was quoted slightly over 13k to replace the AC and heating.
With summer coming, I did not want to get stuck in a situation where it was 112 degrees outside when my AC finally gave out.
I found Classic Air on Yelp, and I am so happy I took the time to research. Not only was their quote about 1/2 the price of the original quote, but I was able to schedule

When we needed replace both our old Heat Pump and our Air Handler, we shopped around and got a few bids from Top HVAC Company in DFW some were higher and some were lower, however none were a better overall value for our money Classic Air offered to us for our new HVAC system.

Apparently making an appointment means nothing to this company. I called them Monday evening to get a second opinion on a repair needed on my AC unit and got their voicemail. I left a message and also messaged the business owner on here, which led to an instant phone call and appointment time being set. My appointment was set for Wednesday at 5 pm, although I was given a time frame of 5-7. I rushed home and waited for over 2 hours and no one ever showed. I wasn't even given the courtesy of a phone call to cancel my appointment. Needless to say, these guys won't be getting my business

If you need a NEW AC unit, I would highly recommend Classis Air - Air conditioning and Heating. I needed a replacement system and received THREE (3) other quotes and every single one of them was almost double for the EXACT same equipment (5Ton Trane Gas system) and Scope of Work.
