Do not waste your time and money at this dealership. I bought an 08 Subaru Outback, 50 miles later the car breaks down. After MANY attempts to get an answer, they offer me $1500 trade in on a new car, after I just paid 11k for the Subaru. No thanks. My other option is to pay $5k to repair the car. I filed a complaint to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, they told me many other people have filed complaints. The salesmen are very friendly when they’re trying to rip you off…then when you call them with a problem, they’re rude as hell. I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed

Scheduled a service for my car that I was 15 minutes late to (sorry!!) Bryce was incredibly accommodating and professional. I was brought to a comfortable lounge area to wait for my vehicle, and expected to wait for at least an hour or so, however they are so proficient at this location it seemed only minutes had passed and my car was ready to go. My husband and I purchased a 2021 Honda Passport Elite with the help of Polo Dong. Polo and his team were great to work with from start to finish. See the reply from Olivia for an indication of the poor customer service at this dealership. Olivia is the person I spoke to on the phone trying to reach a service manager for weeks before giving up on getting a call back. Also I would love to see where I was told I would get reman and aftermarket parts and agreed to that. I have no record of that. Notice also the lack of response to any of the other issues and the attempt to blame another service dept for missing bumper bolts and clips. You absolutely have to remove the splash guard to service the compressor and that is where the bolts and clips

Do not go here for maintenance!


Took my took here, it was close and since they would need my keep my car at least overnight - I could walk since they didn't provide rental cars. I was supposed to go in for my 90xxx maintenance and for them to look at my suspension.
At first Michael helped me, and seemed very professional. A few days later and I'd heard nothing, so I called the number on his business card, went to VM. Called the dealership, and found out he had gone on vacation. It turns out Michael had gone on vacation or something, so my car was handed over to someone else. She was

Got my Honda Civic serviced here for an "A1 service" alert. The staff was friendly, professional and informative. The job was done in 2.5 hours or so. At this covid time, they don't provide courtesy shuttle pickup or drop-off for servicing.
After the A1 service, the staff also identified other maintenance tasks for the car that we should undertake but they were NOT pushy about it.
It's a pretty large service center. I believe they mentioned they service roughly 100 cars each day.
All in all, good experience here for car service.

We've had good experience with the Service department. I was unimpressed with New Car Sales. They don't haggle, which I respect but it doesn't mean I'm buying the same car from them for $3k more than another dealer after a little haggling. The worst part was when I politely explained this, they flipped out. It was weird. The same salesperson has gotten some positive feedback in other reviews...maybe he either isn't a good loser or he's having a tough time lately?

Needed to sell our second car (2009 Honda Fit, lots of miles, fun little car). Michael in Service initiated the process. I was also assisted by Phillip, and Evelyn who does most everything. I want to emphasize that this was a sale, not a trade. This team of people was consistently helpful and professional. They strive to create a family-like atmosphere, and they are good at it. The deal we made was fair and completed without haggling. If you want a smooth experience with honest people, they have my strong recommendation.

Well, talk about a lucky day. I work for a major airline and was heading to work. My car hit something on the road and my left front tire went flat. I was on Holgate in Seattle. Well, I thought I was doing the right thing. I drive a 2007 Honda Fit I bought new and still love. It came with Honda Emergency Assistance so I called in after 10min of questions I was told I needed to pay $75. And they would then send in the request and I would get a text letting me know when and who would arrive. I said ‘no way! What if they say 3hr and I can’t make it to work?’ They said that is how they do it

A good dealership with friendly staff.The place is kids friendly and has a lot of fun stuff to keep them engaged.
The place does have restrooms,Coffee & tea vending machines (Free) ,Snack vending machine (Charged) etc.
It does have seating areas for waiting while someone is finishing car paperwork.

I usually will not write a bad review but I needed to for this. I purchased my car here about a couple months ago. Everything went smoothly (of course they are trying to get your buck!) Afterwards, I had a few issues regarding my address, so I called them up the very next day. That's when I realized how unprofessional these guys are. I called several times about my issue and they will always say that they will call me back but they never did. Paul in sales is the absolute worst.

After my lease ended yesterday and I'm finally untethered to them, I'm going to write an honest review. I've read other reviews about this and it's seriously concerning. I had to have my oil changed at Honda due to my lease so when I had it changed last my oil was filled incorrectly and the gasket was NOT attached causing oil to leak all over the road and my car to smoke on my way home from work at 9 PM. Really great sales team - Toni was awesome to work with. I ended up going with a different car but she was super accommodating, friendly, and really wanted what is best for me. Hard to feel that way about car dealerships but they have a great model.
I also get my car serviced here regularly and have had only positive experiences each time! Whether it’s a loaner, waiting or a shuttle, it has always been super easy.

I wanted to give Honda of Seattle a better rating, but with their most current issues I don't see how that's possible. I called in the middle of July looking to get a B5 service and spoke to the Service rep who told me that they were currently booking 2 weeks in advance. Less than ideal, but understandable given the current conditions. She quoted me $159 for the B5 service and I made an appt for 7:10 on 7/30. I called back on 7/29 to confirm my appt and another woman I spoke to in service said it was for a B1 service - which I told her was incorrect and requested a B5. She made the change

I got my car serviced at Honda of Seattle today and noticed that the break bad thickness is mentioned as 8mm for all brakes.

However, when i got my car serviced in September last year at Honda of Seattle, it was 7mm for rear break pads.

I am not sure how the break thickness can increase after 6000 miles. This makes me wonder if the inspection is not being done correctly and whether the service has been done at all.

5 stars for friendly and responsive service. "Kevin," in the service department, is great to work with!!!

3 fewer stars for feeling like I didn't get what I was told I was going to get & having paid a LOT of $$ for it.
Background - the lid to my center console "bin/armrest" broke and needed to be replaced. I was told they couldn't just replace the lid, that the entire center console had to be replaced. It was going to cost just under $600 for that to be replaced - yikes! It was explained in a text that the "whole center console" had to be replaced

Very worried now. I am somewhat literate when it comes to car. I had perfectly maintained car. This is the second time i changed oil here and it was overfilled.
And now it starts leaking. I check oil in my flat garage with it sitting overnight.

Backstory:

1st visit to honda of seattle i had 0 problem with car and had been given perfect inspection results. But i checked oil and it was over max and I forgot to call them and went on with my own busy life. Could not spare time, my own darn fault.

2nd visit they say i have oil leak through seals i believe now, and quoted almost 5k. No wonder why

TLDR: These stars are for the Maintenance people behind the scenes doing the work -- Thank you for just doing your job! -3 stars due to unreliability and interactions w/ a salesman that made me feel like he wanted me out quickly, and some sales tactics and surprises!

Purchased a vehicle here a few years ago, and found out that the Honda Care is SEPARATE from Honda Maintenance Care -- so you won't be getting much of a benefit or discount on anything if you buy your car here.

I purchased a car here over 5 years ago and had a wonderful experience. However, it was probably only great because I had actually forked over a good chunk of money.

Today, I had a very brief and rude phone interaction with Nikko Mendoza. I was comparing prices for their car and had an offer at a dealership up north for $800 dollars cheaper. When Nikko heard this, he demanded to know which dealer and when I refused (didn't want to compromise my offer), he hung up me!! Sold me an overpriced hondacare package. Told me it would cover basic maintenance. (It does not) I had to go in in-person to fill the paperwork to cancel it. I called hondacare 2.5 months later to confirm it had been cancelled and they told me the dealership never submitted the paperwork to them. Now doing more waiting with a useless warranty.

Also - the repair shop will try to sell you unnecessary work that your car does not need. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience getting checked in by service advisor Hiep Nguyen. Honda have put in place 6feet social distance signs and customers are respectful of that.
The waiting area is small and spacious.
I was checked out by Kevin and that went smooth. I noticed once I got in my car and pulled off he forgot to put in my $10 off discount for my service so this is why they have only 4 stars.
Other then that 5 would have been given.

My wife and I were looking for a new Odyssey (don't judge, gots to have that #minivanlife) and Devin was incredibly helpful, knew his stuff, and was not pushy AT ALL - exactly what I want when considering a new car. It's a big deal for us and a somewhat stressful situation, so having this kind of interaction was really a nice change (I'm looking at you, other dealerships I won't call out). Appreciate the honesty, too!!

In the end we ended up not pulling the trigger, but for reasons completely unrelated to the team or dealership.

When the time comes to get a Honda, I can honestly
