Do not recommend - they didn’t want to with me and my pre approval from Bank of America because it had a way lower APR than they were trying to do. Their sales manager Tom doesn’t know how to sell cars and their sales people are loosing money because of it. The dealership full of attitude and poor people.

Went in to look at a car I saw online and when I arrived I was met by Jonathan who helped me. I didn't feel pressure to buy or get something I didn't want. I wanted to go for a test drive but had misplaced my license so Jonathan helped me work through the problem so I wouldn't have to go back and return. Once I got my license and returned I met with Jazz who helped me finish the deal and was able to work to get everything I wanted for what I wanted to pay. Deal was easy and no pressure. UPDATE after purchase every issue is basically said to be your fault and not theirs basically no help.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE UNLESS ITS FOR A BASIC OUL CHANGE!!!! Honestly, if I could give a -5 stars I would. Not one single person here would I recommend -not one. I paid them $687 for my radiator to get fix and my coolant house or something like that but it was indeed never fixed. Wendy called at 10:30-11 to tell me my car was ready and to find out upon arrival it in fact was not ready. They forced my payment without knowing if my car was fixed. Don't buy used cars from this place! They sold me a Jeep Wrangler and within 7 months it wasn't running right come to find they never fixed the old pump and other stuff that added up to be close to $3,500.00. Luckily I had the warranty still on it but when I took it they told me that it'll be done in a week. That was a lie. Never heard from them and then I had to try and get a hold of them and it was very hard to get ahold of them or for them to call me back with any details. This went on for over a month and a half! Sold me a low-mileage used car with a blown head gasket. Purchased "as is" so I get that this is a risk I assumed, but my trusted mechanic said there was no way they weren't aware of the blown gasket, because it started spraying oil the moment the engine started. They certainly took the time to wipe down the engine by the time I inspected it.

Customer service was mostly good. Treated me professionally but their time management was poor. Told me half a day and I ended up spending 9am to 5:30pm sitting in the waiting room.
More importantly I noticed a few weeks later when I opened up the hood that they didn't put the oil cap back on and left it sitting to the side.
For an entire day wait and nearly $2k in service I expect a lot better.

I had a great experience at Renton Jeep etc. My radio needed to be replaced under warranty. It was handled but the new one was slightly different. I couldn’t figure out one of the settings. Jeremy had me bring it in and figured it out for me and showed me how to do it. I appreciated his patience and how quickly I was able to get in and get it solved. I highly recommend them. My few experiences there have been great. Friendly, courteous and efficient.

My new 2021 Dodge Challenger had a really bad exhaust rattle, since it's under factory warranty I took it in on a Saturday morning with my wife, Andrew was great but the service technicians were not. Told me that it was normal for Scat Packs to have rattling from the exhaust because it was a performance car. I wasn't buying that stupid excuse so I took my car to The Muffler Shoppe in White Center.
As soon as they put my Challenger on the lift they found the problem right away, it had two loose exhaust clamps from the factory. If these guys at Renton Dodge couldn't figure that out

They have had my jeep for over a month now for simple repair. The entire process has been a nightmare. They made me book an appointment to drop it off for three weeks out. When the day finally came and I went to drop it off, they had no record at all of my appointment and were extremely rude. Ever since then it's been nothing but trouble. The service advisors that are supposed to keep me updated are unresponsive. I will sit on hold for 60+ mins to talk to someone. They will tell me the parts are in. Then a week later I ask for an update and they say the parts haven't arrived yet??? This

I bought a new Jeep Gladiator from them a few weeks ago. The vehicle wasn't very clean and there were smudges on the glass and grease on the seat. A few days after the purchase one of their managers contacted me regarding the buying experience and I shared my insight about the cleanliness. If at all possible I would never like to step foot in CDJR Renton ever in my life again, and don't think you should either. They are so completely dishonest and shady it's baffling that they are still in business (check out their BBB rating if you don't believe me). Wow talk about a bad car buying experience. As soon as you walk in you'll notice no employees wearing a mask or face covering. And those select few who do, don't wear them over their nose. THE MASK GOES OVER YOUR NOSE TOM!!!!
