Kudos To Kelly!!! I’ve Just Completed My 2nd Purchase w/ 360 Motors. The Transaction Was Speady & Seamless. Kelly Is Very Knowledgable Of The Inventory At The Shop, Answering Any Questions I May Have Had Efficiently. I Didn’t Feel Pressured As I Have With Other Dealerships, Or Judged For My Not-So-Perfect Credit 😂 i’ll Definitely Be Back In The Future, But Hopefully I Won’t Need To 😉

This company is a fraudulent company that takes advantage of people and there hard earned money I bought a car at 360 motors gave $8,000 for down payment never received my loan documents from the dealership ended up having to have them email to me from Westlake financial after receiving my loan documents Trawanda Anderson aka Wanda , Kelly Anderson my contract had extra fees added to my loan tried to get ahold of someone from the dealership about my loan paper But never got any response back from them they called members of my family after they transferred the car back into there name and showed

At first I thought I wouldn't go get financed and thru the great finance manager it came through on my birthday. Great service, great selection, great people!!!

Not only did I leave same day with an amazing vehicle , but was educated, walked through, listened to, and taken care of in such a professional manner. I left knowing I was care free, and in great hands! I was in a safe vehicle and protected. I never felt such confidence not only in myself, but in the team that made sure I felt welcomed. Bought a car here. It is hard to describe the environment but it not like a typical dealership. Environment is very modern and feels like your amongst friends. No pressure, great customer service, and great prices. I don’t recommend haggling price bc prices are already great.

Whenever I go to a car dealership I typically walk in with a predetermined idea of how my interaction with the salesman is going to go. From my experience at these places, those expectations are set exceedingly low because I've had some seriously awful experiences with car salesmen (as have most people I think). Anyway, after I stopped by 360 motors to see a 2010 Lexus hybrid they had, I could immediately see that they were different than any other dealership I'd dealt with before and I mean that in only the best way possible! Every single employee at that office was great to me. Friendly
