After driving past Alexander's Sewer and Drain for years, I finally stopped in to get an estimate to repair collapsed downspout drain tile. The office staff sent Rob out to evaluate what was needed and to give an estimate on the cost. While on site, Rob pointed out a nearby downspout and asked if it drained properly. We didn't know and agreed to find out before he returned. Sure enough, it was not working. Since it only added another 15' to tie them together, we decided to merge the two lines.

I called them cause they were recommended for a good local business they took apart a valve on my sewer system then plumber decided he didn't want to work on system and left n fter 20 mins the I get a bill for him and his helper for an hour charge for both. They never completed the job had to call someone else into fix . Would not recommend them to even unclog a toilet.

If you need your septic tank emptied, they’re great. Anything straying from that service, I would not recommend. We were having issues with water pressure, and thought maybe the switch on our water pump may need replaced. The two plumbers that showed up were able to get our water pressure increased by determining that our PSI in the tank was low. While inspecting the cause of the issue, they were looking at our GE water softener. The servicemen stated water should be water in the brine tank (what?) and we are thinking the water softener was tampered with because it has not worked correctly since
