I have had a fantastic time working with the team at HERO. David Fleming has been a very excellent and trustworthy professional to deal with. He has shown me things that other professionals did that cost me money (unnecessarily) and also ways for me keep more of my money. Super diligent, on time, does what they say they will do. I will not work with anyone else.

We called HERO Heating and Air for a second opinion after being given a quote for thousands of dollars worth of repairs from another company. They found the problem, corrected it for far less than our original quote, literally saving us thousands of dollars! We called Hero when our AC stopped working. They came out the same day at the time they specified, and replaced the faulty part for a great price. I was very pleased with their service and will definitely use again if/when I need HVAC work done.

Have used HERO Heating & Air for a few years now and am always impressed by their quick response time, professional & personable service. Jay came out today & was very thorough...taking the time to properly diagnose our problems, review it with us, & give us more than one option to proceed. I like HERO H&A because I know what I'm getting...a true heating & air company...not one of those huge companies that offer an array of services, like plumbing, electrical, etc....where it's hard to get an appointment & you're not really sure what they actually do best! I recommend HERO H&A because they're honest

A great experience using Hero Heating and Air to install a new AC unit. Professional service - very helpful and friendly employees - and also had the boss, David on site to check we were happy with everything - which we certainly were. I called and spoke with Anna (really nice)!!!! Was able to work me in the same day. I received a call and they let me know they were on there way. The gentleman who showed up was so nice, went right to work and I now have a much cooler house. I certainly am keeping them on speed dial. They were my hero’s today. Thank you.

My A/C went out as it was getting warm, and David and his team replaced the system very quickly and did a great job. David was very helpful and friendly and explained everything in a simple way. He even gave me a good discount when I asked since he had done a good bit of work for me. I really appreciated his professional service and good value.
