Extremely unhappy with the service I received. Delivery of my household goods was 2 weeks late. After they delivered my goods, they said they would pick up the boxes in a few days. It took another 3 weeks with me following up for them to finally arrive to pick up boxes, at which point they said they couldn't take them and left me to scramble on how to dispose of them.

Joe and Chris arrived on time and ready to go on the hottest day of the year! We had them pack several fragile items and they did a stellar job! We are moving to Florida so going into storage first and delivery later. Shawn is the awesome representative that you’ll likely meet with. Very experienced and knowledgeable regarding procedure . They also provided lots of boxes for us as well! Can’t say enough great things about this conscientious organization. They treated our belongings like their own! Thanks guys! Cheers :)

Our movers were efficient and honest. There is a 3 hour minimum and moving what we needed help with wouldn't have taken up that whole time, so they moved many of our smaller boxes as well. They even pointed out an issue with the dryer hookup at our new address, which we would not have noticed if they hadn't shown it to us. You will get above and beyond what you pay for if you go with this company.

So thankful for providing moving services at a short notice of 4 days. I called them on Monday afternoon to move a 2 bedroom apartment on Thursday. They are prompt, moved the furniture and boxes without damage. Everything was placed in appropriate rooms as labelled. Wishing them good luck and prosperity for 2021!

Greater Dayton Moving & Storage has been great. They arrived right on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They packed our stuff really well and acted with professionalism and kindness. My crew I enjoyed was Charles, John and Frank. If you can request these guys I would. John was the crew chief and was awesome. He runs a tight ship excuse my navy slip. If I move again I will definitely request them! Great job! Thank you!

Currently moving from OH to AR which alone is a stressful relocation, but I have had a wonderful experience with the team I worked with today. Frank was very efficient and kind during the whole process. Jesse was great with the inventory organization. I could not have asked for a smoother moving experience for a large move.

First, we thought the actual people who helped us move were great (Scott and Jeff); however, the office staff have been quite disappointing.
For those of you with the TLDR mentality (I get it haha): Movers were good but not careful enough, front office staff did not listen and poor communicators, were generally difficult to deal with, and have since not responded to us about a TV being broken in the move even though they stated that they would get back to us.

I haven't used them to move, but me and my wife can't thank them enough for their help. Me and my wife had come off the road into a ditch in the middle of a snowstorm, and one of their drivers who was passing offered to pull us out with their truck. If they hadn't helped, then we would have spent the night in our car waiting forever for a tow truck. We're incredibly grateful and will be recommending their company to all our friends and family.

I've noticed some complaints on laziness and decided to write a review of our experience. Just finished a move with them and loved their service. They arrived 30 min early, we didn't pay for packing so they explained what we were able to take (boxed and furniture items) and packed as quickly as possible. While unloading they asked us where each item went and did their best to put each item in place. They set up our beds, etc.
We moved on a weekend and we were charged a better rate than any other place we contacted (weekend moves are double in price wherever we looked).
