Just had Will and Ramon look at our house for what we feared was a bedbug infestation. After a thorough examination, they told us that our main problem was spiders and that we needed to carefully vacuum our couch and other furniture. For this helpful information, they did not charge us, even though they had to travel from Laurel to Rockville. In addition, they were nice enough to call and let us know that they would be 10 minutes late. If our house needs exterminator services in the future, we will definitely use CW Termite & Pest Control.

Excellent knowledge base, family owned business, personalized touch. When they come into the house they know the issue immediately and most cost effective way to address the issue. Their knowledge base rivals that of an entomologists...my daughter has a 1930s house...Willie knows the issues!!

CW is awesome! Though it took a few days to get an appointment, the inspector came out free of charge to look at our issue. Turns out we didn't need professional services to deal with the ants (we were worried they would be wood boring/carpenter ants). He gave us a few recommendations for treatments we could do ourselves and didn't charge us a cent. Highly recommended!

After dealing with two other pest companies that weren't able to help me, a friend recommended Willie. He was straight forward and honest. He came to my house a few times in a short notice. I appreciated his consultative approach and educating me on the issue at hand. Office person is also friendly.

I called C W Pest Control in early April because I noticed a wasp's nest underneath a gutter above the second floor of the front of my house. Drew came to check it out. Upon further inspection, he noted that the nest was inactive and could simply be removed by a long stick or power washer without endangering anyone. Throughout the meeting, Drew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, cheerful, and cordial even though he had been stuck in very heavy traffic leaving DC to come to the suburbs. I would highly recommend this business for any pest problems.

This company is expensive! We were charged $225 for spraying for yellow jackets in one corner of the porch. The technician spent very little time.

A second treatment is needed since the first one was unsuccessful.

My wife is a subscriber to Checkbook.org and she found this company through its high ratings in terms of service and pricing. First off, they arrived on time. Then they took a look at the problem and made sure that the ants weren't nesting inside the house. Afterwards, they treated both the exterior and interior and that took care of the ant problem. The price for their service was very reasonable.

We did not have termites, but took advantage of their free inspection prior to purchasing a property (our loan company did not require an official report). The customer service was great! The woman answering the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. She squeezed us in for an appointment only a few days later. The inspector showed up promptly at the appointment time. He seemed quite experienced and was pleasant to talk to while waiting a few minutes for the current home owner to arrive. If we do ever have pests, I'm sure we'll try this company first!
