BUYER BEWARE !!!!! Earlier this week my husband and I stopped in the location in Orchard Park on Southwestern Blvd. late evening. There were no staff to greet us in the store front After 20 minutes a man and woman finally appear out of nowhere. Still waiting for them to notice us, but they were so involved in their conversation that belongs in a bar. So, after 10 minutes of listening to their conversation and still being ignored, my husband and I decided to leave and go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and stress. Very unprofessional staff and setting !!!!!!

After numerous attempts to resolve an issue with this company I also feel I must write about my experience. Purchased flooring back in May 2021, paid in FULL in good faith to the amount of over $8600.00. with an estimated installation of end of June to July. Did not hear from anyone so we called end of July. Told material would come in September with an installation date of 9/8/2021. That date was pushed back twice, installers arrived on 9/11/21 with a promise to finish in two days. They worked for four days only to partially finish two rooms and left to complete another job???? Really? They did

I honestly don’t know where to start ? The guys were unprofessional, the sales people are a joke, didn’t measure the rooms right, the guys looked like brittle drug addicts, left some kind of brownish residue on my bathroom sink ? My kid was missing some money and other valuable items, that I assume was taken when they were moving his furniture ? I called the store several times to try and rectify the situation but of course when finally getting a hold of someone, I get attitude from the staff because I am a upset customer, I highly don’t recommend this store for anyone ? Went to buy carpet and had to pay $35 for them to send a person to measure the rooms. He was not sure how to measure where the rooms connected. He wound up saying there were 27 square feet more than the two rooms combined total.
Then the salesman said the pad they told us we would get was .15 cents a square foot extra. Then they said removing the old carpet would be .20 a square foot extra.
After all this they said they would not move the bed even though we would remove the box springs and mattresses.
They said the frame has a motor on it. I checked it and it's about a five pound motor

We purchased a floor in April. Paying for the floor upfront ! We would have to call every few weeks to find out about when floor was coming in. One phone call we were told floor was damaged in shipment we would have to wait another 6 weeks. No one called to communicate with us. If I would of never called we would have known nothing.
I have had to place several calls and with promise to call back witch never happened.

Called for a quote to have carpets replaced on 3/4/2021, spoke with Pam and she was lovely and said she would have someone call me to set up a time for someone to come out and measure for an estimate. Unfortunately no one ever reached out to me so I had to call back 3/10/21 and didn’t receive a call to set up an appointment until 3/15/2021. The measurements were taken and I was told someone would get in touch with me shortly for a quote and to discuss sample types. As of May 12th 2021 I still have not received a call. We went with another company that was amazing and our new carpeting looks wonderful

I recently returned to custom carpet after making a purchase a few years ago. I asked for my salesperson, Michael, who previously sold me my carpet. Once again Michael was helpful and very patient as I tried to narrow down my choices. At his suggestion, I ended up taking home 3 carpet samples to see how it would look with furniture and paint. After my decision, he was prompt in ordering it and worked with me as I coordinated paint time and furniture delivery. Kudos to Michael as he extended kindness, understanding along with his knowledge and professional approach. I am happy to tell my friends

After giving them several opportunities to right their wrong, I feel I have no choice but to leave a poor review... After purchasing the flooring back in October and paying upfront (will never do again) the salesman, Michael, was very unprofessional. Upon the sale, I was informed they will be subcontracting the installer. (Common practice in this business) I was told that they will be the middle man between installer and myself and will stand by their subcontractors work. They gave me a date the flooring would come in and then they would contact me about what day to start the install. That date

Great place to get your carpet. We went to a few other places before we came here. Sales person was with another person, but he did take a minute to ask us a few questions and directed us in the right direction while he took care of the other customer.
We were able to look at our leisure and find a few options of what we wanted. When we were ready our sales person listened attentively to what we wanted and looked at the rugs we picked out and gave us his opinion on what would be our best choice.
We ended up buying our rug here, not only for the price but the service we received and not feeling

Spoke to the owner who spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me listening to my complaints and explaining things thoroughly to me. Not giving 5 stars just due to the lack of communication from the sales manager, but upgrading to 4 because of the owner.

A few months ago myself and husband went into Carpet Carpets to inquiry about indoor/outdoor carpets. We were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Bruce.

Stopped in here while I was shopping around for carpet. Between them losing my credit card info, trying to charge me for an estimate and not being open during their posted business hours, I ended up deciding not to get carpet after all. Oh, and the one salesman accused me of shopping around and having another carpet store call them on my behalf? He didn't seem to believe me when I told him that I hadn't done that (and honestly, what benefit to me would this kind of action had? I was so confused!). That was just a weird interaction. Turned me right off. Not getting my business.
