Brendan & his crew did FANTASTIC work turning our outdated glossy golden oak floors into a more modern looking, lighter/neutral-toned floor w/ a MUCH nicer finish (Loba impact oil). He listened to what we wanted, offered viable solutions & helped us ultimately choose the best option based on his expertise. The results are FANTASTIC. And the price was MORE THAN fair. I couldn’t imagine doing this work myself. SUPER GLAD we went w/ Queen City Restorations!!

Brendan and Nate are a knowledgeable, professional team who truly care about their work, your floors and their trade. These two workers can install and finish and especially refinish any floor. We were impressed with their skill and knowledge along with their dustless machines, and I mean dustless. It is not necessary to "plastic off" their work area. The hardwood installation and finish work may very well be the best in Buffalo. I wouldn't consider anyone else after our experience. JOB WELL DONE!!

Queen City Restoration responded quickly when we requested a quote.Our floors were stained, damaged, and badly sun faded. Brendan uses a three-phase sanding system, with a virtually dust-free vacuum system. Stain color match was excellent. Awesome results! Perhaps we should never use our area rug again!

We had gross, thick glue & residue from linoleum that had been over the original hardwood for 40+ years.. Brendan meticulously brought the original beauty back to life! He also made an incredible seamless repair that I still can not believe how amazing it looks
