So I have had this account for about 6 years now and I have rarely returned anything. Today all of a sudden Best Quality does not provide credits on items that defective. Shocked the hell out of me being as though I have had several credits provided to me in the past. They now have a new rep that works at the front who has a habit of not knowing much and has the job of being a “yes” woman. I asked to speak to the manager who was available but chose to rudely respond from back while she hid her face like a coward. Today was the day. I spend too much with this damn company to not be able to speak
