Amazing! Bill came on short notice on a Saturday afternoon when I got locked out. he made sure to try the less invasive, cheaper method first. while we still had to take out the knob, he then immediately went to the store and came back with the same exact model and restored everything perfectly.

he was such a wonderful, calm energy in an otherwise stressful situation, so much so that like another reviewer, I saved his number to my phone in case I or someone I know needs it again.

Bill was a great guy who did exceptional work. I called him to repair my front door lock and was very responsive and attentive. He did such a great job, I asked him to re-key my entire condo. I have already recommended him to some friends and family.

Of course I needed a locksmith on a night it was raining and people are "social distancing" because of the Coronavirus. Bill was very quick to get to my home, in the pouring rain, and he got my wife and I into our home. The door has a non-standard lock set. So he came back the following day to finish. He was very pleasant and kind of charming. The work was done well. He may have left some stuff to sweep up, but the guy came at night, in the rain, during a pandemic. That means sinething.

Bill was amazing! He came so quickly, and was fast at his job. He was very professional, and had competitive pricing. I will use him again if I ever need it!

I've never given anyone a bad review, but Bill did not do a good job. He is a decent enough guy however he is not skilled in his craft. I locked myself out of my apartment, I've done it before and when I called any locksmith before they were able to open my door in under a minute with no issues. Bill not only failed to get my door open but he assured me that if he popped out the entire lock he could get me in and it would only leave a few scratches. He caused enough damage to the door handle that now it must be completely replaced. He gave me a $10 discount but fixing the problem is now

I just had a nightmare experience. My car was broken into and my purse and wallet stolen. Of course my house keys and address were now in the hands of thieves. I needed to change all the locks in my house both inside and all the doors outside. I never knew how expensive the process of changing locks could be. Plus it's charged by the lock. Yikes! I have 10 locks! Bill was amazing! I called everywhere and he gave me the best price and was willing to come out ASAP. He was awesome. He called ahead so I could be ready and worked quickly. I definitely recommend calling Bill if you need help! He eliminated all of the stress of getting locked out in less than 30 minutes. He came immediately after I called him, promptly unlocked the door without causing any damage to the locks, and then checked that the locks would still work properly before leaving. I called Bill the Locksmith on September 27, 2017 after the key of my Honda CR-V got stuck in the trunk keyhole while I was parked in front of my workplace in Fountain Valley, CA. I needed my car key out in order to drive back home from work. I looked up Locksmiths through Yelp, and called a few other Locksmiths in the area, but Bill was the only one who was available and experienced with removing keys stuck on cars.

He came to my workplace within a reasonable amount of time and worked very hard for about two hours to carefully remove my car key from the keyhole of the trunk of my Honda CR-V.

Bill is awesome. It was a Sunday morning and we needed emergency service (keys had been stolen). After I tried 3 other places and left voicemails (still none have been answered), I called Bill and he picked right up! He was here quickly, took care of the job quickly, and is just really a great guy!

Writing this review after just getting (back) into my house at 8pm-ish. Never needed a locksmith in this capacity before - hope never to again - but I would gladly use Bill again if this incident repeats. Bill was very professional arriving in the time he established. Also good about giving an estimate over the phone and sticking to it in person. Got a few quotes and Bill's was reasonable. God Bless the Yelp App! I found Bill the Lock Smith in a moment of panic. He was incredibly fast and professional. There's nothing worse realizing you lost your keys to the apartment at 6:30pm at night, when you just get home from work. Bill answered the phone immediately, quoted me "the Price", and was at our door within 25 minutes. I was incredibly happy to get back into my Apt. so quickly. I would highly recommend in the future.
