I called Jarom from NuKey/Rekey-It Locksmith after another locksmith had doubled their estimate when they showed up to change my locks. My sister had used ReKey services to change her locks about 5 years ago.

I was impressed that when Jarom came over to change my locks, that is price was the same as he had quoted me on the phone.

Jarom is licensed, professional, and completed the changing of my locks quickly. He was polite and when I needed one more lock changed, he willingly said he'd come by as soon as I was ready.

Jarom is very willing to get the job done and do it right!!
He responded to a situation where another locksmith had returned 3 times to fix his own faulty repair job and was no longer returning our calls! Jarom came and in no time fixed the problem! We will be using NuKey Locksmith going forward!!

Cons: Operator said it would cost $19.99 for the locksmith to come out, and repair starts at $30. Knowing this, I did not think it would cost more than $100. However, I was charged $175 for a 5 minute job.

I sarcastically said that I should get a job that pays that well, and they got all defensive including "if I don't charge this much, I only make $30"

Interestingly enough, they asked if I had Venmo because of the processing fee for using a card reader. I said I didn't, however, that I had Zelled

Jarom was great! Showed up on time, wore a mask, and fixed our front door lock and our garage door keypad. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

We contacted Nukey to rekey several doors in our home in Huntington Beach. Jarom did a fabulous job. He helped us replace two door knobs so all our locks would match the same key. He is knowledgeable and answered some questions we had about a keyless system. We opted to stick with a keyed system but if we ever decide to change and go keyless or need other locksmith services we would definitely call Jarom.

Jarom is fantastic. He's honest, reliable and smart - all you could ask for from a contractor. He even figured out outlet electronic lock. Couldn't be more pleased.

Jarom is awesome, he rekeyed two of my houses for me in lightening speed. He is extremely nice and punctual. My husband officially calls him the key master as he was able to replace a few of my locks so that we had matching keys all around the house. He also showed us how to lock a few doors in our new home which has some odd locking mechanisms.

If I ever lock myself out or have any locksmith needs Jarom would be the first person I call.

I can't say enough good things about NuKey. We recently moved into a new home and wanted to add a deadbolt lock to our door. After a disappointing experience with another company (where they charged an outrageous price to re-key the door), we called NuKey. He was there the same day and quickly added a deadbolt. He also offered to help us change the code to our electronic door lock (for free). Prices are fair and the service is outstanding. And he is just so nice! I highly recommend NuKey.

Very prompt and helpful on resolving getting into my storage facility after I lost my key. The guys at the storage facility said he got it open I'm record tome as it was a difficult lock! Highly recommend!

Woweee! Jarom did a re-key on 3 doors, installed a new deadbolt, removed our old entry door hardware, and relocated and installed new hardware on my entry double doors!
