Based on other reviews I’m reading, our concerns seem valid. The person in charge of the install did not communicate or follow-up when there were issues during the process. The fence was installed in the wrong location and the gate materials were already rusting when installed. Workers had to move posts and re-cut planks because management did not meet with them or give clear communications before starting work. We used this company when we had storm damage to replace the area that was damaged, at first it looked good. Then the fence began to come apart and the doors began to not open and close. No one would return my calls. Finally after a year of calling Jeff came out and looked at it and said that it was installed incorrectly, BUT he didn’t work there then, so it wasn’t his crew and there was nothing he would do. We have a fence that continues to come apart and doors that will not open and close properly. The area of my fence that was not damaged that has been up for nearly 27 years is more stable
